Moss Plumbing (Steven and his team) took my en suite from “meh” to full-on spa vibes 😍 it’s genuinely my little sanctuary now.

Steven worked magic on an awkward space – measuring everything properly and helping me pick a layout and style that actually works. Whole job done in just 4 days, kept me updated the whole way through.

The team were tidy, hardworking, and super respectful while I was working from home (no chaos, which I loved 🙌).

Absolutely buzzing with the finish – 10/10, would recommend all day long.

Great communication from Steven prior to the work commencing, including a detailed outline of the work agreed (including stripping out the old bathroom and removing the waste, boarding the floors, replacing old piping, plastering the walls and ceiling and installing the new bathroom fittings and tiles) and timescale for completing the work.
The whole team were friendly and approachable and conscientious as they worked, tidying up carefully at the end of each day.
The finished bathroom looks fantastic. The work was completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Moss to anyone thinking about replacing their bathroom.

Got in touch with moss plumbing as I had a small leak and some low water pressure, they came out same day found the low water pressure issue and fixed immediately and then for the leak worked around my schedule to install a new cistern, very professional and would highly recommend , will be using them for any plumbing issues in the future .

Excellent service from Moss Plumbing! Steven not only serviced my boiler (which is what I booked) he also tested everything in the system, sorted out my CO2 monitor which wasn't working and bled my radiators. Great communication, punctual, prompt, friendly and efficient. I'm one very happy client!
