I feel have been stolen from and cheated

I feel cheated. I was more than willing to pay 20$ for introductory price and see what I thought of the service. When going through, you get stuck on upgrades and you have no ability to back out of screen. I thought I'd get to a final approval page, but nope! So I now have last time I looked THREE transactions on my card. I messaged them and they have since canceled my account and offered me a "goodwill" refund of 25%! This is unacceptable! Especially when one is stuck in that screen with no option but to choose something.

I will be disputing this with my credit card company and making their practices well known. I have sent another email as well. Shame, because I probably would have continued with service. I only had brief moment to look it over.

Do NOT subscribe to this APP.

I feel I was intentionally cheated

I feel I was intentionally cheated. I wanted some info for which I was willing to pay about $20. I did not realize it was a “subscription “. Then I could not find a way to leave the site without checking on some other buttons. I figured PayPal would then have me “ review payment “ but it did not!! When I questioned this, I got a reluctant 50% back by AI. I would never recommend this site!!

I had a problem with the program. After describing the problems I had and the reason I was requesting a refund. customer service is great.!

I had a problem with the service. The first response was they would give me back 50%. After explaining why I would accept this I was very unsatisfied with their decision. They decided after reviewing what I had written and what I had said that they would give me a full refund. Not too many companies on the Internet do that these days so therefore I’m very pleased with the customer service I received, even though the product itself did not work for me.

Accessories make the outfit

When I was able to utilize app, it was not accurate for my coloring, but the individual pieces are quite lovely. Combinations reminded me about the value of belts and layering.

What a scam

What a scam, I tried twice to sign up and never could access my quiz results or any useful information. Requested a refund and was told the would offer 25 %. Wish I had read the reviews before I tried this failed app!!

Scam

I am an older age and have multiple pieces in my wardrobe. I just don’t know how to match or mix them up differently. I literally had this app for less than an hour before I was writing to the company asking for a refund. The questions were fine finding out what your color palette is was great, but when it came to styling clothes, they were showing me winter clothes, the wrong colors. I am an older lady, but I’m not a grandmother yet! So I wrote to the company asked for a refund within the hour of buying it. They apologized and offered me 25% of what I paid and I asked for 75%. They came back with 50. I took my loss zero stars don’t do it girls.

This is an AI scam

You can easily see that the positive reviews were either paid for or scams. The negative reviews are from real people. This company will continue to bill you even if you didnt order their subscriptions. This is an AI generated site, more and more of them are cropping up. BEWARE

Amazingly accurate

Amazingly accurate definition of my “type”! Surprised the colors to avoid I already do! I love that I have a wardrobe assistant. Definitely can recommend.

Requested subscription stop, payment was increased instead.

I never signed on or got any help from them and after paying initial amount was notified payment was increasing to over $58 per month. I requested end of subscription and return of payment. I was then charged again on 04/24/2026 for the increased payment amount. I cannot reach a human individual only ai and they are not helpful at all. Giving me the run around. I will be reporting to BBB and fraud if I do not get a response soon.

This is the best app for true styling that I have used. I’ve been a sucker for a lot of them that promise this or that and then fall short. I am really impressed.

The stylist was very responsive to my concerns and offered constructive alternatives to their initial suggestions.

The stylist was prompt and responsive to my concerns about my color palette, offering a revised palette for me. She also had immediate ideas to help me look and feel my best in my Western riding outfits. This is challenging when one is over 75 and has become thick around the middle even though the weight has not changed much over the years.
