I ordered a belt from them in late december, and received it about 1,5 weeks after, which is totally fine because of the holiday rush. But when i received my package, it was the wrong item. I ordered a black belt rhinestone belt, but i instead received a cowhide belt. So i contacted their help center on the 2nd of january, but there was no answer. So i wrote another email on the 5th, the 16th and now again on the 27th. I don't even care to get the belt i ordered i just want an answer and my money back, so i never have to deal with this incompetent company anymore.

Ordered a shirt for my son on 30 November as a Christmas present. The shirt still hasn’t arrived on 06 January and I’ve had one email from Stephan which had to be translated basically saying they have issues with the shipping company. Despite a number of follow up emails from me, I’m yet to receive a further response and have now demanded a full refund. Worst company I have ever attempted a purchase from and will never use again. Please avoid to avoid disappointment

• Leaving public reviews detailing your lack of service
• Pursuing further action if necessary

I have waited 14 days on my clothes and have not recieved anything yet.... Never buy from there, the support/customer service is terrible, not on the messages im sending

Never ever order from their website, they promise delivery time of 2-3 business days. I have waited over 9 days and my order is still not shipped, their customer service never responds via email, have sent 8-9 emails without response. When you finally get in touch with them via Instagram, they just say they are cancelling the order. I advise everyone not to order from there, it is fraud and scam.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this clothing line. I placed an order several weeks ago and have yet to receive any updates, shipping confirmation, or the product itself. Not trustworthy any more.
Ordered several times already with Mosquets but since the last drop and „redefinition“, their customer service is not only horrible, it does not exist.
I am trying since weeks to get a reply to my email, direct messages and comments on instagram but no answer. They are posting Stories, make new posts but never reply to you.
I ordered within the first 10 minutes of the new drop (almost 4 weeks ago) and still do not have any shipping information.
Sad to see how this brand gets destroyed.
Do not order with them, you will sit on high costs for nothing!

I placed an order several weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. There have been no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no communication whatsoever. On top of that, my previous emails have been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable.

I placed an order with this brand, but unfortunately, I have not received my items yet. It's been 2 weeks now, and despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and other channels, I have received no response whatsoever.

Their lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I’m not even sure if I’ll ever receive what I paid for. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I hope this situation is resolved soon, but as of now, I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

Seems like scam, goods were never delivered after three months and customer support doesn‘t react to multiple e-mails.

Ordered a top, which I have since returned. I returned on time and followed the directions on the website. I returned the item on the 25 April and I still have not received a refund. I have tried to follow up twice. The first time I get an email detailing how it’s a ‘one man show’. The second follow up I have not received a response. If you check their Instagram, other people are complaining about not receiving their items and also having the same problems re response. Avoid this company! The clothes are not worth it.

I ordered some clothes even though i never heard of this brand. They definitely did what they needed to do cause the clothes are fire!

I wish I could give this clothing line zero stars. I placed an order weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. No updates, no shipping confirmation, nothing. I’ve reached out multiple times and all I get is radio silence. This is honestly starting to feel like a scam. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and not deliver the product. Save yourself the frustration and shop literally anywhere else.

Every single piece is 10/10 quality, no other brand comes close. Whole wardrobe mosquets forever.

I really like this brand. They have cool pieces that fit with my streetwear style and the prices are fair. They also have lots of sales so you can get even better prices. Overall very satisfied!

I recommend this brand, the shirts and caps are very good quality, the shipping is fast and secured, I live in France !!

The clothes are awesome and good quality but the delivery times are bad. First time i ordered a zip-up and needed to wait 1 month before it got delivered. Next time i ordered a jacket and shorts and needed to wait 2-3 months before shipped and needed to wait 1 week before delivered.

The quality is good, fast delivery. Return is quite strange, you have to sent it your self with a carrier of you choice. This is quite expensive.
