This company is great at advertising an awful product. First, it is very cumbersome to drink from the flask. After 30 minutes the tea was cold. The “money back guarantee” is not exactly that. If you use the product you have to pay 10 dollars or 40% penalty to restock. And pay for shipping back. Terrible product. Don’t waste your money.

My experience with Mosi Tea has left me profoundly disappointed. Despite initially supporting their product on Kickstarter, my interaction with the company has been marred by significant issues with communication and accountability.

While my interaction with Mosi Tea initially began through their Kickstarter campaign, the problems with the comapny I’ve faced extend beyond just the fulfillment of campaign promises. Despite repeated attempts to seek updates and clarification on these matters of more than three years, I have been met with inconsistent responses and, at times, complete silence.

What’s even more concerning is the contradictory information provided regarding the fulfillment of international orders. Despite assurances that my ordered product would be shipped in January 2023, subsequent communications suggested otherwise. This inconsistency has only added to my frustration and uncertainty. To this date, I have received neither a product nor a recompensation, and Mosi Tea has also stopped responding to my messages in which I politely asked for a solution.

Furthermore, I was taken aback by the accusatory tone taken by Mosi Tea, shifting the blame onto me for not receiving my pledge. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and has only further soured my experience.

As a supporter who believed in their vision and product, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I cannot in good conscience recommend engaging with Mosi Tea based on my experience. Potential customers should be aware of the communication issues and lack of accountability that I have encountered. Proceed with caution.
