It was a lovely experience in store, so happy with the items I bought!

It was a lovely experience in store, the people there where so friendly and helpful. I bought a set of a top and pants and obsessed with them. So good to feel good about the clothing how it’s made and sourced.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service ❤️ After having trouble with my online order, Monique helped me fix it all so quickly. She is so kind and patient, and made my first experience at Moshi Moshi perfect. Thank you!

Rude Sales Assistant

Had a poor and disappointing /rude/ bad in-shop customer experience by one of the (2) service assistants as i was making the purchase at the Østerbro ( Dag H ‘s branch) today. I made my purchase.

Was told at the payment till ( in a preaching, rude , unhelpful manner ) by the sales assistant who was NOT the one helping me that I had soiled the T- shirt I tried on from the rack with mascara . I was ( and am) extremely careful and had no make up ( have false eyelashes ) I did not wish to argue or dispute with her but it ruined my entire experience. I do not believe the slight pinkish stain was caused by me but I am unable to prove that .
My suggestion is that Moshi Moshi puts a face cover bag to minimise clothes being soiled during trials .

More importantly that sales assistance are trained to interact with customers in a ( MUCH ) better way. I have had many , many Moshi Moshi items from the early years almost 10 years ago from Hellerup and have not bought anything since . I am not returning in a hurry .

The return process doesn't work

I ordered three items, and unfortunately had to return them since they were a poor fit. I followed the return guidelines, printed the return label the company sent me per email, and posted the parcel. A few days later, I learned that the return label didn't display the company's correct return address. Their customer care was at first wholly unhelpful and acted as if they had no idea how their return system worked. They did end up giving me a refund after a few days,but this was a very unpleasant experience.
