I asked them some questions I wanted to know before I decided whether to give it a go, and I was told I had to subscribe first!! If I don't know what I'm buying exactly, how do I decide? My questions were in relation as to whether their program would meet my dietary requirements and also whether medication was involved.

I opted for a free trial which I never received and now they have debited my account and I have no way of unsubscribing. I have attempted several times to make contact with their customer service but have had no response . Is this a scam ?

I have been sleeping for about 6 hours now since I started using moshi

I cancelled this with the window and was charged. FRAUD!

My child liked this app. However it was impossible to have it play on my child’s kindle due to kids setting. It was the soul purpose of us trying it was to help her sleep without the need of a kindle that would keep her up. I contacted Moshi and never received any reply or acknowledgment of my inquiry. This app would get a 5 if it worked on the kids echo dot or any echo dot or show with parental controls still on.

Whenever I go to want to go to sleep every night, I put Moshi on because I can trust it. I used to have to go through insmonic problems and stay up until 12 AM (0:00), but not anymore! In the day section, it can help with anxiety. I used to cry if I had anxiety attacks, but Moshi helps me.

I have not been able to access any media with this app. It just displays the Moshi logo and nothing more. I have payed and would really like to be able to use this app.

I love the app, but am extremely disappointed that 1 month after paying the $59.99, I receive an email that there will be a price increase to $79.99!!! Hoping Moshi will do something to correct this!

I cancelled before the end of the trial period but I keep getting emails and I can't tell if I'm still subscribed??

Wasn’t right for my daughters age and personality too much talking in the meditation for my 4 year old.

It’s no longer bed time, it’s Moshi time. Reading books has never put my boys (2&4yo) to sleep. My youngest was waking 3 to 4 times a night and the other was always in my bed. Bed time was getting later and later and I was exhausted. I seen the ad for Moshi and thought just do the free trial, then cancel. 5 nights in both boys slept in there own bed all night! Night 6&7 wasn’t so great. And to be honest it’s taken me about two weeks to figure out the best way to use it for our family. But now we have playlists of Moshling’s they connect with and they run to bed and tuck themselves in. If they do wake in the night, Moshi goes on and back to sleep the go. I would like to see more information about how best to use the app. Disappointed that you can only Chromecast from an android phone. And would recommend a automatic play next option.

Love it. My 6 year old loves listening to the meditations on his way to school and before bed!

Your app is good and designed well. It just does t help my child get to sleep any quicker than normal so not worth the cost.

Great for my kids to fall asleep 6yr and 10yr old but my price is too high. my husband and I both had the app but I unsubscribed for the price

I reached out with a request to cancel my membership. I signed up for a monthly subscription because my granddaughter was visiting and did not need it afterwards. I received no acknowledgment of my request and don’t know if the subscription was cancelled.

So far, so good! Making bedtime calmer for everyone! It's helped our little girl fall asleep faster and she really looks forward to Moshi time every evening.
