I was supposed to receive an email when the order shipped, I did not. We held the project off for several days waiting to find out when we could expect to receive the order and when we could not wait anymore tried to cancel the order using the contact email provided on the website. We ordered tiles from somewhere else and got them, and finished the flooring. Still no email indicating the order was shipped or cancelled. Followed up again using the same contact email address and finally received a response saying they had already shipped out. Now waiting to return the order and will be out paying for the return shipping.

This tile is really beautiful for the price. It really transformed our kitchen, and from a distance, it looks like real tile. It was fairly easy and quick to put up. I would definitely recommend.

I had ordered some tiles previously and was very impressed, so when I wanted to change up my fire place I immediately looked at mosaicowall , I haven’t found anything similar online and believe me I have looked !! , these are very high quality synthetic tiles that reproduce a ceramic sheen, easy to cut and replace untill you have the placement right, previously I had a little trouble with communication but I have to speak as I find and this time the company listed some tiles for me that weren’t Initially on their website outside of Etsy , communication was excellent and friendly I thoroughly recommend these tiles if fitting porcelain ones isn’t an option, arrived from India to uk in about 4-5 days with tracking , you won’t be disappointed and I am extremely fussy 😄

Excellent product. Well made, and unlike the backsplash I can find in the states this one does not reak heavily of chemicals. It does smell of plastic, but I've had it a few days and that is quickly going away. Most people wouldn't be able to tell.

Brighter than the pic but works perfectly with my color scheme. My first time using tiles and it was very easy to apply.

The product looks good installed, but there were a couple issues. First the listing makes it sound like it is tile and I was led to this by the search word tile. This was a sticker, not a tile. Then, I needed 10x10 inch tiles exactly and these tiles would vary about 1/8 inch. Sometimes it was hard to match up the pattern.

The customer service department was very responsive to all of my questions and needs ! All of the tiles arrived in great shape, due to the excellent packaging.

Great tiles, though as others have mentioned the adhesive needs supplementing to have lasting stick

The photos of the tile is quite misleading.
It looks as though it has depth and texture when it is quite thing and has no texture at all. The only party that I am happy with is the color.

Delivery is quick and the tiles arrived completely UNdamaged. Awesome!!

Ordered a red test tile Received green. Emailed support email, but it bounced. No phone number.

They are also on Etsy, so contacted them on there. I said i wanted a refund. They agreed, but i didnt receive any credit.

In any case, the tiles are super shiny and completely fake Look like kids stickers.

The product is so nice! Fast delivery. The only thing you must be aware of is the extra costs (import/custom duties). Four our order of €53,- we paid an extra dutie of €30,-.... So be aware of that!

I recently purchased the Emerald Green Peel and Stick Wall Tiles from Mosaicowall.

Ordered a tile sample for 25 euros plus additional customs duty. At least that's what I thought. Turns out it was a sticker. Not clearly enough described as far as I'm concerned. A waste of the total of 32 euros. So I'm still looking for tiles in this form.

They are beautiful tiles. They do not have much stick and peeled down pretty much straight away. I have had to buy some glue to reattach

The Tiles are as real as marble and I loved these peel and stick tiles.
