Chelsie made the process simple from start to finish. As first time buyers, everything was brand new to us. Chelsie explained all the initial processes to us in great detail so we knew where to start with our search and got us fantastic rates on our mortgage considering the financial climate at the time. When searching for homes, she gave us guidance and pointers on what to look out for, which properties we’d selected were more attractive, and made sure we understood what questions to ask on viewings. Once we’d selected the property, she liaised with the estate agents to start the process, ensured our lender agreement was in place, and put us in touch with a fantastic solicitor who has made everything so easy. Any questions we had between selecting the property and exchanging, she would always make time for us and answer all questions in detail, if things needed more than a text, she would always arrange a call around our schedules to ensure we were informed and not put out. She also helped us instruct a life insurance policy that was difficult for us to work out ourselves due to complicated needs. Every time she presented offers to us through her recommendations, she always made sure to provide multiple pricing options so we never felt pressured at any point to make financial decisions.

Chelsie is a credit to HQ, and if we or a friend are ever looking to purchase a property again in the future, we won’t hesitate to contact/recommend her.

When buying our first home, the experience was initially overwhelming, so we sought out the help of Ben Cornish. Immediately he was able to ease our worries and patiently explained everything we needed to know about the mortgage process. He helped us organise all of our documents, what was needed, what wasn't, and answered every question we gave him. We felt confident and informed about our mortgage choices. Buying your first home can seem very overwhelming, but luckily for us we had Sarah in our corner who was patient and didn't mind explaining and answering any question or query I may have come up with. She secured us a really good rate when the market was unstable and has kept in regular contact to make sure we aren't having any issues. Would highly, highly recommend.
