Worst bank ever. Terrible customer service in other words does not work at all. Do not use this bank.
I had a very disappointing and worrying experience with Morrow Bank’s credit card. My original card was used for unauthorized transactions around the world, totaling approximately €200. As soon as I noticed this, the card was blocked as quickly as possible and Morrow Bank sent me a replacement card.
What is extremely concerning is that even this new replacement card — which I had not yet received and which had not been activated — was also subjected to attempted unauthorized transactions. I honestly cannot understand how this is even possible and it seriously raises questions about the security of their card system.
While the customer service acted quickly to block the card, the fact that fraud was possible again on a card that was never used or activated makes me feel very unsafe as a customer. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Morrow Bank’s credit card. Security should be a top priority, and in my case, it clearly was not.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Morrow Bank’s handling of an additional interest charge issue on my credit card:
* Late responses: My first enquiry was in autumn 2024, with multiple follow-ups until summer 2025. I was repeatedly promised responses within days, yet I waited seven months without clear resolution.
* Conflicting explanations: Initially told the issue might be due to some system error and that I wouldn’t need to pay interest, then suddenly told after seven months that I was responsible—without clear explanation.
* Unclear interest calculations: Morrow Bank didn’t clarify whether they charged interest for a remaining unpaid balance of or on the entire invoice amount in the beginning. This conflicts with what was previously conveyed by one bank representative, who said interest would only apply to the remaining unpaid balance; but in the end they told me that I had to pay the interest on the entire invoice.
* Poor communication: I made multiple attempts via phone and email, but was met with delays, contradictory information, and no real resolution and repeatedly ignoring my requests.
Overall, the experience has been time-consuming, confusing, and unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering their credit services to be cautious and prepared for poor communication and unexpected charges.
Imagine you're on holiday, and the ATM you went to draw money out of never gave you the money. Thankfully, you drew the money using your credit card, which you used in case such a thing happens, and the bank you have a credit agreement with will be able to resolve it quickly.
That is not what happened. After this having happened to me in the BEGINNING OF DECEMBER, I am still waiting for any update as to whether my case is being handled by morrow. I have called them multiple times, only for them to keep telling me that they will get back to me. I have sent a complaint to them which never received a reply. I have now raised a case with ARN as well, because I am getting nowhere with morrow. As soon as I get my money back I am closing my business with them; I have never had such issues with a bank before.
Horrible customer service. multiple months in a row, they deducted late fee whereas I had direct debit activated. They said they can't help after reaching out to them. I have no idea how are they surviving.
I have tried opening a savings account without success. There seems to be technical issues as I cannot sign the agreement on neither my phone or laptop. After clicking sign, it does not seem to reach bankId so I cannot sign the agreement to open an account. I have tried for two days now calling to advise them of the issue but have given up as I cannot wait over 40 mins 2 days in a row! There are no other communication methods i.e. online chat, an email address etc which is pretty poor.
Waiting for over 2 weeks to get a reply. Needed to block card due to fraud, but cannot get a new one now because customer support is not replying.
App is good, but sometimes gives misleading error messages.
No problems with bonus system and invoices.
I dont know what the h... the business plan are for this company. I had a loan at Qliro, and then Morrow Bank bought Qliro´s private loan customers. The first month I got a letter from Morrow Bank, that September where cost free because they needed to transfer all the customers. I have tried to contact them several times, and I have asked for en invoice to pay for - but they haven´t responded. Now they have chosen to send me to Inkasso - the reason is that I have 4 unpaid invoices - but I can´t impossible not have 4 unpaid invoices. Amateurs and con company. They just bought the business so they can send all their customers to inkasso and earn a lot of money on fees. I can´t even see that they have a registred company in Sweden, they have applied yesterday for a Swedish bank license!
Loans are scam, I would strongly suggest to not take loan from these guys due to the hidden charges, even after closing my loan, they took more money from me.
