Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

Dreadful service relating to a car park fine, whilst I was actually in their store and can prove it! A month or more of requests for the same information and ultimately they said it was nothing to do with them. Sadly, they now lose the custom of my entire family forever!
A while back I received a money off voucher from Morrisons High Wycombe. It didn’t work at the till. I wrote to the store manager and did receive a voucher that subsequently worked. Recently I bought two bottles of cremant from the store discounted from £12.50 to £8.00 each with their More card. When I got home I noticed the discount was not applied. I set up an online complaint. Morrisons asked for evidence. I went back to the store and took photos. I then passed the evidence to them. They stopped answering my e-mails. I therefore wrote to the managing director at head office. He did not even reply. I therefore obtained the discount by raising a dispute via Amex. It appears Morrisons are indulging in sharp practice in offering discounts that are not, in practice, honoured. In addition the lack of reply to complaints puts them in the same dung pile as Ryanair.
Having had the response from Morrisons, I'm stunned by the lack of empathy, basic customer service skills and apparent lack of competence.
Could someone at a senior level within Morrisons please contact me?
At this point I've contacted my bank. They're aware of my reluctance to seek justice via the credit card disputes team but have asked me to seek a transcript of the call I had with your customer service agent on 11th May where I was advised to reject the inappropriate substituted main, accept the other meal deal components then call back the next day and be reimbursed. Could you please send me the transcript? That customer service employee was kind and efficient, unlike the others I have encountered since.
Let down by Morrisons delivery yet AGAIN!
Order #1454658464838 due between 1pm & 2pm .... get an email at 2:25pm telling me they can't deliver today becuase the driver has worked too many hours. How can you not know this before? Absolute joke. Yes they can "apparently" deliver it tonight so I have to cancel my plans and stay in waiting to see if it turns up this time. This happens far too regulary & I am angry this has happened to me again. Would give ZERO stars if I could.
The CEO has just exposed the Company for what it is. One big corrupt dump. The government comes out saying about freezing prices to help people with the cost of living and the little fraud comes out crying about it and the government does a U turn.
Got to make sure them shareholders get paid ay lad so you get a nice bonus. COWARD
Useless managers
Store manager and his understudy spend more time at the smoke shelter than in the store.
Talk to staff in a very aggressive manner
Good shop floor staff , Terrible management and that’s all management
One lady manager always plastered in makeup and dressed to impress is so bloody lazy
If head office were to realize these managers are not needed they could save thousands of pounds in salary’s
Store only organised and clean when there is a visit
Never any staff on market street after 2 pm , Yet the store is open till 10pm
Lots of underlying problems in this Knottingley store that need addressing
The store is looking like a jumble sale in some areas on the shop floor
Enough from me cause nothing will ever change while mark and grant are inseparable ( Managers don’t make me laugh )
Again I ordered kale etc chips and got others, I also certainly did not order carex and I did not think I was getting Philadelphia light cheese times five! This was through Amazon. Sorry if I sound harsh but am not getting what I ask and then get things ai did not order. Drivers great by the way. Most callers are, but as I said did not get what I wanted again.i will try and not order online again as Morrison is better than some supermarkets!
Had a nice time with my family and loved your breakfast

Had a delivery yesterday, booked 12-4, was expecting to wait all afternoon but the lovely driver Craig rang just after 11am to ask if its ok to call a bit earlier because he was running quicker than expected on his round, i was very happy and he had the courtesy of calling to check if i was available an hour earlier than i booked rather than just turning up early outside my booked time. up to now never had a single reason to fault Morrisons with deliveries in around 5 yrs and i hope it continues BOLTON AREA. THANK YOU.

Having been an online customer for a long time, last week I had a problem when trying to place my order. I kept getting a message saying cannot connect to card supplier. I contacted my bank and they said there was nothing wrong their end. The only way I could place the order was to ring Morrisons and they updated and placed the order. I phoned several times to ask them to try and sort this out and even sent in a complaint form. No promised ring back calls were received and to date no answer to my complaint. I think the problem has been resolved. How, I don't know as they haven't even bothered to tell me. Would have been nice if Morrisons would contact me with an explanation and/or an apology but unfortunately "radio silence"

I prefer going to be served by a cashier and today I was served by Linda ....or is it with a Y Lynda at Morrisons, Wick, Littlehampton. Linda was very helpful and friendly and efficient as I had a small concern and she sorted it out for me by seeking help and being very patient with me. Thank you again, Linda!

We left our car charging at the Wells Morrisons which took 1 hour and 40 minutes. We then moved the car from the charging space, parked in a car park space and went into the store to do our shopping. A week later I received a Parking Charge Notice from Euro Car Parks for exceeding the 2 hours maximum stay. This didn't seem fair so I contacted Morrison's customer service to complain. I received an automoted response then nothing for a week when I received an email saying I hadn't sent them further details they had requested but I had never had an email requesting further details. I replied asking them to send their request again but didn't ever get a reply. As I was now getting very worried about the parking fine I paid the £60, reduced from £100 for paying within 14 days. I am not happy having to pay this for what was genuine use of their charger and shopping in their store. I don't recall any signs warning of this near the chargers either.
I have since been asked again to send the information requested but have never received an email asking for more information!

I ordered last week and whenthe order arrived nearly everything was missing. Out the the nine items actually delivered, 3 were out of date! I tried asking the driver why and he was really rude and just shrugged! I called Customer Service and they said they didnt know anything! I sent a compaints email and they said they would get back to me in 2/3 days and nothing, I sent another and nothing! I called again today and the lady said they dont answer complaints. They just take it as feedback? There is literally no way of actually complaining or finding out about issues. They are by far the worse company I have ever deralt with and I will never use them again. I spent literally hindreds and hundreds on online shopping every month and they have really lost out. At least other super markets address any issues. This is not acceptable!

Morrisons need to send somebody undercover from head office to Enterprise five and observe just how inappropriate some of the male staff act.
On a recent shop I witnessed 2 male staff and one of them using the F word whilst customers were nearby and another male staff member putting boxes onto a high shelf next to an elderly man's shoppers head, surely this is against health and safety and on a previous visit a male staff member threw a bunch of bananas about 10 feet onto the rest of the bananas.

Polite service and a good meal in a clean cafe, what more can I say?

Morrisons Stirchley have introduced lots more self service checkouts but it’s meant the service is worse. You still only have one person manning about 15 service points. There are never any bags so you have to wait to ask for one. I noticed an item had spilt so I asked for another one and in the days of tills that wouldn’t be a problem as they’d get someone to go for you. The self service person said they couldn’t go and they didn’t know if there was anyone else! Totally useless! So I had to do it which was fine but it means a self service till is out of use. Oh and they keep having sales people in there. Does my head in. You say no and they still try and talk to you. With that and people asking for money outside it’s all too much.

Scandalous took my money and didn’t even deliver my stuff. So now I have to waste time contacting them and trying to get my money back. They didn’t even contact me about my delivery not turning up. Avoid these clowns

I purchased an item in-store, and upon attempting to consume it, I noticed it emitted an unpleasant odor and was not suitable for consumption. I contacted Morrisons through their messaging service. I was assisted by a courteous customer service representative named Krome. I would like to thank Krome for he or she exceptional assistance. He or she helped me resolve the issue and graciously provided additional goodwill points in response to my concerns.

Very little plant based food. Even less organic vegetables compared to Sainsbury's
