Jessica made this really easy for me. I was so stressed that I would not be able to either get a new item or at best I wanted to be refunded. She is quick and accommodatiang.
I had the pleasure of emailing with Jessica about my problem. She had it fixed within 15 minutes. Pain free and speedy! I will be back to order again from MorningSave.
Half of what I purchased came broken and the other half stopped working within a few weeks. I canceled my membership and don’t buy anything anymore. I purchased two cordless toothbrushes, and one totally stopped working after less than 20 uses. It will no longer hold a charge. I purchased two bug zappers, and one stopped working after one month. A pizza oven came in a box that was totally destroyed with parts broken. A wet/dry vacuum stopped working after the first use. It's not worth the savings to deal with these hassles.

I had an order that said it was delivered but it was either lost of stolen. Caitlin really helped with any options and when there was no way to resolve the loss, she refunded me for the total amount. She was quick and very supportive. Very good customer service for an unfortunate situation.

MorningSave is a scam operation. To me, they delivered the damaged non-working used goods. Then they refused to facilitate the return. Their customer service claimed that I have to pay for the return shipment of the damaged goods because they are an "e-commerse company." I will be recovering my money from them through a credit card chargeback. Avoid them by all means.

Morningsave is lying by claiming that they approved my return. They are not disclosing that after their flat-out denial of return, they eventually stated that the return is possible only if I pay for it, because they are an "e-commerce company." That is, they want return of their damaged goods at my expense. They are making me responsible for the fact that they sent their goods in damaged condition. This constitutes yet another denial of the return, contravening their posted return policies.
They are constantly machinating and lying.
This is the reason for my declination to send them any pictures. The pictures would not show that the item is not working and the parts are missing. They understand it well. and need the pictures only to further substantiate their denial of return. They refused to provide any pictures proving that they sent the goods undamaged. Furthermore, their return policy does not mention any pictures. They need no pictures to issue a prepaid return label, get back the damaged goods and do all the "investigations" they want at their location.
MorningSave is a very sophisticated, highly deceptive scam.

My order of a 4 pack of women’s shirts arrived with only 3 shirts. I reached out to MorningSave via the website to get it corrected and Caitlin responded to me very quickly. She investigated the issue and emailed me in a timely manner and let me know the missing shirt was not available and in the same email told me that she had already credited me for the cost of the shirt. Caitlin was awesome in getting to what the problem was and then immediately refunding me when the product was not available any longer.
