Once you get to talk to someone service is good but my experience this year and last year is it takes ages for an underwriter to ring you back.

2 days now my quote is " arriving shortly "

I have a track day tomorrow and I try to book an insurance. I've booked many times with them in the past with no serious issues.

There is a question that says " have you ever received a black flag or being warned for dangerous driving ? "

I've got a black flag for NOISE so this doesn't affect anything but because it's an insurer and in case something happens they will try not to pay you I mentioned it as " black flag ONLY FOR NOISE ". However this makes the quote to be reviewed by a human and two days now nothing so I'm without Insurance.

I've called TWICE at the reception that says someone will call me asap , no one has.

So basically I don't know what to do and also can someone WORD the question about the black flag better because black flag can be given for NOISE as well which doesn't affect the premium but we have to mention it the way you have worded it.

Disgrace and I'll be looking elsewhere but now I will probably miss my track day tomorrow. Thanks hard working team of Morris !

Justin and team are spot on to deal…

Justin and team are spot on to deal with. Have done over 30 days cover using Morris. Unfortunately had 1 claim but dealt with professionally and fair outcome. Hopefully can continue using Morris for my future events.

Would use again for sure

Easy to get a quote and no trouble in refund for days I didn’t use. I used as recommended by friend who had to make a claim and they had no trouble then either. Would use again for sure.

Strong product. Bad customer service.

I have very mixed feelings about Moris Track day insurance. Their interface works great with very swift access to put together an insurance and getting almost an instant police and confirmation sent, is top tier, but every time I need to get hold of them through email, phone etc. they promise a lot but keep nothing and are very slow at responding. Always with excuses, and misunderstandings, even though there is very little to misunderstand. It's a shame, because otherwise they provide a strong product, but I feel like a lot of that falls to the floor.

These guys make track day insurance…

These guys make track day insurance easy. The online form is simple, but the coverage for the price is great. Their customer service is untouchable, I’ve purchased insurance for track days 8 times from them and I will continue to do so. Thank you Moris

Excellent experience

Fast responses, easy to deal with and provide excellent information.
The added peace of mind this company gives is really of a high value, I've been using Moris for over 3 years now and only have good experiences. Many years will follow I'm sure.

Very happy with service provided!

Very happy with service provided so far! Contacted them for specific questions related to a track day and received a call back 1h later with a specialist who gave me advices and helped me with my quote. Website is great and quick to navigate through the options. Payment was easy and all paperwork following instantly and I have done it all from my phone! Hopefully it will be as smooth as that in the event of a claim with them 😀 but finger crossed I do not get to find out ... definitely 5* for those guys, I can recommend!

The Team at Moris have been fantastic…

The Team at Moris have been fantastic in helping me get the right level of insurance I want. The Track Day cover was comprehensive, clear and tailored to my specific needs. I will no doubt be coming back to Moris for all future Track Days - an absolute pleasure to work with and the peace of mind given with the packages was simply outstanding.

Outstanding Customer Service

It was fantastic to be able to speak to an actual person who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They were also competitive on price. It was genuinely a pleasure to do business with them.

Excellent service levels and competitive pricing

I have used the services of MORIS on several occasions for track day insurance.
They are extremely competitive and service levels are second to none. Always flexible too if my plans ever changed.

Very competitive on price, multiple day cover with flexibility to change dates and venues with a refund for days unused.
Great service from Justin, recommended.

We believe in being fair and would loathe to think someone feels aggrieved with all the premium being taken without all the risk. The caveat to all this is, if on day one there is a claim, the insurers deem the premium "fully earned". The claim is paid, but the policy is cancelled. You will of course be quids in with the insurance, but it means all the premium is spent at this stage and we have to start again. There are no hidden charges to change dates and everything can be managed online via your MORIS account.

Highly recommended!

I've used Moris insurance for about 6 track days so far and the experience has been excellent. The prices are very competitive, the website is easy to use, and the customer service is great.

For example, I spoke to Klaudia earlier today. She was friendly and helpful. My query was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Moris and I shall continue to use them for my track days.

Luckily, I haven't had to make a claim yet, and I hope I'll never have to! However, judging by the service so far, I think the claim process would also be very good.

Edit on 14 April 2024:

There's good news and bad news... The bad news is that I had to make an insurance claim after my brakes failed and my car slid off the track. The good news is that the claim process was brilliant!

I was pretty upset about my track car, which was heavily damaged. Luckily, I wasn't hurt and no other vehicles were involved.

Everyone at Moris and the claim handling company was very helpful. The paperwork was sorted out in just a few days. I got full value for my track car and the payment was sent very quickly. The car was collected by the salvage company without any problems.

I'm about to start a new policy with Moris and will continue to use them for my future track days!

Great to read this. Claims are managed by the insurer's engineers and sometimes by an individual for more specialist cars. The claims process has evolved over time and everything has been working very smoothly with claims. As it should be of course.
