Poor quality product and even worse customer service

I purchased two 7.5kg bags of potatoes from this company when the Corona lockdown was announced. They took over a week to arrive. Within two weeks they had all sprouted and within four weeks they were pulping.
I contacted the company and received a very aggressive and patronising reply telling me it was all my fault.
I have bought large bags of potatoes from farm shops before and know how to store them. They always keep significantly longer than two weeks.
Potatoes from Aldi last longer than this!
Please beware, this shop is selling old produce at inflated prices. This is despicable during this current virus crisis.
And do not expect any level of customer service.
