Scholarship Funnel that broke due to a faulty Booking link

I’m leaving this review primarily so there is a clear public record of my experience.

I entered this program through a scholarship-based sales funnel and ultimately paid over $5,000 for what was represented as a premium mentoring and business coaching program associated with Morgan Nelson.

My experience of the actual service delivered was significantly different from the expectations created during the sales process. The program largely consisted of prerecorded content, limited facilitator involvement, and group sessions that did not reflect the level of mentorship and structured support I believed I was purchasing.

One of the most disappointing aspects of the experience was that, despite the program being heavily associated with Morgan Nelson personally and marketed around his mentorship and expertise, I had no meaningful interaction with him throughout the process. Outside of a small number of Instagram messages relating to booking issues during the sales process, I have never actually communicated with him directly regarding either the program itself or the dispute that followed.

For a program represented as a premium mentoring experience valued at over $10,000, this was not what I reasonably expected I was paying for.

I attempted to resolve these concerns directly with the business and also through the Queensland Office of Fair Trading conciliation process. The matter was not resolved and has now been formally lodged with QCAT for determination.

I will provide a more detailed review, supported by documentation, once proceedings have concluded.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering joining to ensure they clearly understand:

- exactly what level of mentor access is included,
- how the scholarship process operates,
- what content is actually delivered,
- and what ongoing support is realistically provided.
