We had an amazing experience with the Derby Team. Firstly on the assessment visit to discuss options and the work needed. We were given several options to suit our budget with no judgement made.
Kieran fitted it for us and worked his socks off all day to get it finished. The workmanship was excellent. He tidied after himself and made very little mess. He also went through how to use the ladder properly and safely at the end of the day.
Brilliant service and we will be having them back at a later date for stage two of the project.

Fin and Jamie have thoroughly impressed us with the work they carried out in our loft, the ladder is so easy to use and feels sturdy and safe. I actually feel inspired to start organising the loft now! So helpful throughout the entire process. Exceptionally professional, polite and would highly recommend.

Very good job. They came in with a competetive quote for loft ladder/hatch, insulation, boarding. The team communicated very well, the two super-polite installers came in two liveried vans, finished by mid-afternoon, boarded a larger area than quoted, and removed an old water tank. Being an established, growing company whose vans I see around gives added confidence. I did overkill on shopping around local and national businesses and I finally found these guys and they have excelled. Recommend.

Fantastic service provided by Olly in Chorley. We are so pleased with our new storage space. We had a loft ladder, lighting and storage (floor area plus 2 large shelving areas) and we're so happy with the product and the service from start to finish.
The guys were polite, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Polite honest staff provide professional advice and tell you what you need, not what they want. Great communication throughout, sending reminders and a speedy quote. Once on site, my guys were, on time, courteous and clean. The final product is great. I’d recommend it to anyone. The team at More than Loft Ladders are absolutely wonderful. From initial quote a few months before to actually booking to get my loft boarded, light installed and ladder placed, they have been professional and helpful from start to finish. The team cleaned up after the work and explained how everything works. Wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them to get your house boarded up and have this installed by them. Thank you again!

Recently had a loft hatch with attached ladder fitted by this company and very pleased with the service we received.
Excellent service all round from this company. From the person who came to quote being friendly.The lad Kieran who came to install the loft hatch was both efficient and conscientious. Doing an excellent professional job and ensuring any mess was cleaned up also.I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to others!

Responded to my request straight away. Competitive quote which offered a solution to give me loft ladder access, which was difficult due to the design of the house and position of the hatch. Excellent job by Ian. Very happy to at last access my loft safely. Would definitely recommend

MTLL came and quoted for boarding and loft hatch and ladder. They were really helpful when they quoted and not at all pushy. In they end I asked for them just to fit the loft ladder. Kieran who came to fit did a great job- again really polite and helpful. Overall really professional service- would recommend and definitely would be happy to use them again if we decide to do boarding later down the line.

I recently had part of my loft boarded shelves installed new hatch and new ladders .Work was carried out by 3 capable pleasant men with Dave Cooke who did an excellent job. They cleared up after and we’re polite and respectful
I spoke to Louise a couple of days later as wanted a few more boards around the hatch. She phoned me back as promised and arranged for them to be installed shortly after y Kieron who also gave me another demonstration to using ladders I have also been given a quote for the rest of the loft to be boarded which I have booked The service was great and prompt and all that was promised.
