Constantly suspending new accounts not giving people a chance to earn anything is avoid them at all costs definitely a scam running operation

this website is a huge scam

this website is a huge scam. I did all my surveys correctly and when i was ready to cash out, they suspended my account. I opened a complaint ticket and they said it would take 60 days to verify my account. I waited the entire 60 days, to which they just blocked my account for no apparent reason. After i asked for their information to complain to the BBB, they completed blocked my account, and i couldnt even log in. this website is A MAJOR SCAM, be aware!!

Id give no stars at all if I could

Id give no stars at all if I could. They are the most unprofessional and lazy company I've ever seen. The customer service guy, Josh, is the most unhelpful and just rude person. This company is the worst. I have used plenty of other survey apps, of which, Qmee and fast cash are the best but stay away from more surveys.com if you don't want jacked around one way or another.

Damn more surveys people are doing yall…

Damn more surveys people are doing yall bad on the reviews. Jesus. I personally don't have but a small problem with them. I've been using about a year I think. They have some of the highest paid surveys for shortest amount of time if you can do lucid and your surveys which I can't. They've always cashed me out instantly when I ask and never tried to ban me or keep my money. This would be my favorite survey taking site if the providers weren't so stupid. I don't know how they decide to ban people from taking there surveys but from day one I've been completely honest and provide good intelligent anwsers while taking my time and for some reason early into my account there I logged on and couldn't take Lucid surveys, your surveys, cpx surveys and One more that I can't think of the name right now. All the good ones and I don't understand why when I always every single time try to do my best taking surveys. I know my surveys are better than most. I'd bet everything I own on it so I'm confused there. Now I can barely make a dollar a day on this site.

nut scammers!

After spending a lotta time taking surveys, I tried withdrawing, now they telling me they not available in my country (UK) & my account suspended. Why did they even let me in????

Arrogant unwilling to listen need I go on

I'd give them a zero if possible yes they have a few decent paying surveys from what I can gather from my limited time on there
However a big issue I've discovered is they only like positive reviews give them a bad review like I did on ⁸Facebook and they respond with a 14 day suspension
From my viewpoint if you don't like bad reviews engage with me and improve and fix things don't punish me like a naughty child because let's face it it just gets peoples backs up and make your company look vindictive and petty and unable to handle criticism of thier service.
My advice to you guys grow a pair not everything is rosy in the moresurveys garden and as your customer when I tell you of this I'm in the wrong come on really????

An update after several attempts to get my ban overturned so I could cashout "josh" the overzealous security guard come customer service opened my account so I could withdraw and before it even arrived he the deleted my account if you want to be at mercy of childish admins such as josh this is the site for you otherwise I'd find somewhere that run by adults not children
Tried to contact this josh characters superiors as I would like to complain guess what josh won't say who they are and definitely won't provide any contact details neither says it all really childish company with no valid complaints procedure no wonder things are like the way they are with the lunatics running the asylum

Well let's address the review of FB shall we it was correct and here it is as worded
First attempt at cashout met with security validation questions answered to best of knowledge no reply from them
Which as they then blocked me from their Facebook I couldn't change even if I wanted too
Which to best of my knowledge was true as when I entered it on thier chatbox like support ticket I accept the message might not have hot through but instead of talking to me like a human being they throw thier dummy out of the pram and slap me with a 14 day ban which does seem a little harsh I asked multiple time to remove ban so we could talk things through but was told I have to take responsibility for my actions WHAT ACTIONS I was merely impatient because they were taking too long to reply.
In emails following me being removed from the site I found his correspondence sarcastic using terms like hope you have every success earning wherever that is
Throughout the whole process I felt like I was being treated like a scolded child instead of a customer whats more I am unable to.complain about this as there is either no one to complain to or I am being prevented from doing so
Does this sound like a proper company NO if you want to deal with josh and all his power issues go here by all means
Also to add yes if they had changed thier attitude I would have amended my review accordingly but they didn't so my opinion remains unchanged

Thanks for your review. We’ve provided below an account detailing the full facts of the situation. At this point we wish to make clear the following points

1 - The actions taken by our staff at every stage were correct.
2 - This will be our only response. The information provided is a factual account of what happened & all that we need to post under the circumstances. The member was advised we will not discuss this issue any further & the matter is closed.

The members account was flagged to complete a simple security check on 4th April at around 12.00pm. They contacted us in relation to that at 12.47pm & received a response at 1.35pm to ask the 3 simple security questions which are in place to help identify potential security issues.

Rather than initially responding to those questions, we were subject to a number of support ticket responses, spamming our help area, questioning the security checks before finally sending the information requested. For clarification we received 10 tickets in the space of 30 minutes.

When the information was provided, we were able to reactivate the account & the member was able to continue for a short period before the suspension on their account.

The first ticket was received at 2.21pm before finally providing information requested at 2.40pm. We reviewed this information at 3.47pm at which point the account was reactivated. Their first withdrawal was then processed at 3.50pm. In summary, the process was completed, & the payment sent successfully to the members account within 4 hours.

Following further ticket responses, & confirmation that this person was now leaving inaccurate reviews which needed to be addressed the account was suspended. It transpires later that all of this was the result of the members misunderstanding the type of support available. Whilst it was clear it was a “support ticket” system, they thought they were dealing with a “chat support”.

We informed the them the account was suspended for 14 days due to their unacceptable conduct. This action was taken to highlight that their actions, tone & demands were unacceptable & unreasonable, to allow them to reflect on those actions, discuss the issue & find a way to allow them to continue earning on the site.

We asked them multiple times to review their behaviour to acknowledge the part they had played in the issue. Despite having already confirmed they had misunderstood the type of support available; the number of responses & tone of those responses remained the same. We received multiple responses which suggested reviews would perhaps be altered/removed if the account was reactivated immediately, however we confirmed would not consider such an offer. Reviews whether positive or negative should be left for the right reasons. In the end they simply seemed to suggest they would say anything in the support responses just to get the account reactivated.

It became clear that the member was never going to recognise their error & how this problem had the escalated. At that point a decision was made to remove the suspension and close the account. We would not be allowing them to continue on the site. The account was to be re-activated to allow them to request payment, then the account would be closed & final payment made.

The final payment request was received at 9.31pm, the account was closed a few minutes later to prevent further survey attempts & the payment issued around 11pm. From cash out request to payment being received was under 4 hours.

This review & it’s personal insults against our member of staff, who acted correctly throughout, are unnecessary, petty & indicative of why we’ve reached a stage where this member was no longer permitted to continue on our site.

Don't waste your time

The sit has tons of problems that never get fixed 90% of all survey auto terminate and you have to clear cookies and login again between each survey attempt and not to mention the reversals I had more reversals in three moths on this site than I've ever had do yourself a favor and stay away from this site

First off the amount of money I made is irrelevant
because given the issues your site has it wouldn't be possible today also we both know that you were never given proof that I completed surveys incorrectly because I didn't and more importantly this information isn't provided to the site owners but the reason I closed my account is that you can't be trusted you say they have better ways to see badly completed surveys but if they were taking the time to do this before how can they get better at it, also you said they are reversing everyone more often if that's the case why did you keep suspending my account?

In relation to reversals, we would like to clarify that surveys are only reversed when they have not been completed correctly. From the information we have been provided by our advertisers, it is clear that their decision to reverse your completions was correct.

Lastly, over the past 12 months, these survey providers have improved their ability to spot poor quality completions which is why you have been seeing a sudden increase in your reversal rate. We provided you with the opportunity to improve the quality of your completions, which you chose not to take.

Used To Be Good But No More!

moresurveys.com is a Failed Project ! which will not last in Next couple of Years Its so Buggy , Glitch every thing loads so slow and They are starting to pay crumbs . The Admin are super rude will Threaten to ban people with no proof or evidence of what they did wrong. not a Safe platform to be on if you linger around to long.

moresurveys.com they are partners with some of the Worst Third party clients like yourSurveys. which is scam Hardley qualify for any thing . This company will Get you banned from every platform that there on for no Reason at all , or would find every reason to blame the users for there bad severs or practices.

yoursurveys.com will also have the Host Threaten you with bans. no proof of what you did wrong,
They would make up lies saying your speed through surveys or taking duplicate surveys when they always offer the same surveys.

Moresurveys.com uses the same Three clients that Do not update there survey systems so the same questionnaire always float around to every one .

moresurveys.com Sago Survey client Take so long to load up and you constantly Get DQ even before even Getting to the Qualifier Questions .

See look at there response Back to me do not care about the users at all. Defending the companys that need our opinions! and never once asked how they could help me improve or to make any mistakes.

I would not Recommend This site , To any one Also Be aware that some of these Survey companies Narcissistic who only like to pump fake positive reviews ! on Trust piolit . They also will have your honest review removed if its not a Fake positve one.

STAY AWAY

I discovered MoreSurveys while searching for GPT sites to earn some extra money. I liked the variety of surveys available, the attractive incentives, and the promise of instant payment. After joining and completing a survey, I requested an Amazon gift card. However, a few hours later, upon logging back in, I found my account blocked. I submitted a ticket to inquire about the issue, and they responded that they want me to answer three questions: 1. How long have I been residing at my current address? 2. How did I find their website? 3. What was the subject of the survey I completed? After answering these questions, I received a response stating that my account and funds would be on hold for 30-60 days! I mean WT*F. They say that they pay survey participants instantly and that what we earn is ours, and now they hold my money and account for two months with no apparent reason! This is so unfair. STAY AWAY!

Had me removed because I was telling the truth you know that's the only time they remove your reviews when they're true but of course they're going to say it's not true stay away from this site terrible customer service not worth wasting your time if they send you an email ignore it continue doing the other surveys you've been doing. 🤔 Whatever you corporate puppet you didn't want to go back and forth with me why did you even respond then cuz you know I'm telling the truth and everybody else do too your company was so going down just like all the rest of them Life goes on and at the end of the day no one cares 🌲💪S😁, and ps I made over $1,300 on you guys site over a 3-year period so to tell me I don't have no experience with your website that is absolute bull ,your survey site went down after years of paying out people and that's what the cause is. all this other talk don't mean nothing to me. I know the whole Dynamics of your company and how it operates and how it's going to end it's just a matter of time and I hate that it had to come to this because I did make money on you guys site but at the end of the day y'all went out like some suckers by taking people money and making people pay back their earnings that's a sucker move instead of just being honest and telling people that y'all couldn't afford to keep paying them y'all come up with this lame excuse be gone.

I was at the start of when this site…

I was at the start of when this site was released. I came across the site by somewhat of an accident; But oh am I really happy about this accident.
They are absolutely the best site I have come across, they have the highest paying surveys and instant paypal payments. I have never had any issues with payments at all. At one point we (me and other users of the site) were having issues with one of the survey providers and the admins solved it so quickly I was amazed by the speed, I have not seen this amount of tech support from admins in any other site. The community around the survey site is also very helpful and kind.
I totally recommend it and I am eager to keep participating as it grows!
