I rarely write reviews, but the service I received from Mauro in the Moralis chat support was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. I was looking to migrate my data bots, monitors, and bridge infrastructure (Epic Alpha Discord) over from Helius, as we were constantly running out of our 10M compute units.

I reached out to Moralis for a custom plan, and Mauro handled my request. This is where things went from good to absolutely incredible. I told him I needed around 25,000,000 CUs and had a specific price in mind. Mauro didn't just give me a quote; he acted as my personal advocate. He took my proposal to his boss and negotiated on my behalf.

The result? He came back with a deal that blew my initial request out of the water: 33,000,000 CUs at a price that was a no-brainer. While he was finalizing the details, he even gave me 500,000 free CUs to test for 24 hours so my work wouldn't be interrupted.
