Not long ago I left a great review about this platform. I verified my account and they paid me perfectly, SOLORESA!!! (my account was verified with claimed rewards). Yesterday I made a killing, depositing $10 and boom, $600 in one fell swoop! Perfect, I thought. So I went to withdraw it and they started giving me trouble. First, they said they didn't see anything wrong and asked me to explain. I sent them a picture of the problem (a message that popped up every time I tried to withdraw the money) and they told me to send a picture of my ID, a selfie, and a selfie with my ID in my hand. I said, perfect, no problem (I did it). Actually, I did it three times because when I asked them how it was going, they kept telling me to send the same thing over and over again. In the end, I spent all the money and bye. When it's time to take my money, they're quick, but when I don't get a good prize, they're all over the place. 😂😂😂 I think they saw that with only $35 I'd deposited so far, I'd already made $1,500, and they didn't like that. But that's not my fault. Well, that's all. Be careful.

Stuck at “Pending status” from “withdrawal restriction”
I am disappointed with my experience with Moozi.
I won a significant amount over 70K on March 13th 2026 and was initially told the redemption process would be completed in a few days. While I did receive a partial payout finally March 24th, 2026 after threatening to put up a bad review, a significant portion of my funds has been left in a “pending” status for an extended period since then. I’m still waiting on 40k to be paid to me.
Customer support has been responsive, but unfortunately, they continue to provide the same vague response — stating that my case is “under review” pending final stages with no clear timeline or explanation. I have asked multiple times whether additional funds would be released on specific days and have not received a direct answer.
At this point, the lack of transparency and inability to provide a clear update is very frustrating. Players deserve to know what is happening with their winnings and when they can expect resolution.
I have kept up with all communications between us both in case I have to further escalate the matter.
I hope Moozi can improve their communication and provide more clarity for customers going forward
