I purchased the navy checkered three-piece suit with the long coat in a size small, which would normally fit me well; however, my top half runs closer to a medium. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly quick to respond and resolved the issue seamlessly. They were able to send me the correctly sized piece at no additional charge, which truly exceeded my expectations.
The quality of this suit is outstanding,well-made, stylish, and absolutely stunning. It’s super cute while still being polished and professional, making it perfect for anyone looking to make a statement in the office. Style, functionality, and quality are my top priorities when shopping, and Mooyius exceeded all three.
Customer service went above and beyond in assisting with the return and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend both this product and the company, and I look forward to making future purchases with them.

Ordered a “bestseller dress” on Jan 4th. It’s Jan 27th and support said it should arrive Feb 12th. SHOP shipping says they still haven’t received any notice of the shipment arriving soon. Would not buy from them again. Nearly 39 days from purchase is unacceptable.

Received my order within 7 days of which was quite impressive & was beautifully packed. 5 stars Mooyius!!
Unfortunately, I ordered Large thinking that their garments would not be true to size however I was wrong.

In turn I contacted their customer service for help in exchanging my dresses for a smaller size and they were so very very helpful.

I highly recommend this site with the quality of their garments & their customer service.

After ordering a dress that didn't quite work, I contacted the company via chat and immediately was put in touch with Aurora. She not only gave me options, but ended up telling me to keep the dress, and pick out another to be sent free of charge. I can honestly say the dress, material, and craftsmanship is superb. Super impressed with the companies willingness to work with me, offer options, and ultimately provide excellent customer service, thanks to Aurora.

Terrible I’ve been asking for a refund to mail my item back and they keep trying to talk me into keeping it instead of doing what I need which is having the thing returned and refunded

Wonderful company the dresses are extremely flattering and the fabric is a nice heavy fabric bought this dress to wear to a casino Royale Gala. I’m looking forward to being the Bell of the ball!! I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Their clothes are so cute and very trendy. Also, they have a lot of timeless pieces.

I ordered a beautiful white pea coat/ dress- it looks gorgeous, but I realized it was too small and needed the next size up, and when I contacted customer service via Chat, it was immediately resolved with zero hassles. I got an immediate response from their agent with a resolution to expedite a new shipment with a larger size. That was the easiest exchange process ever. I can't wait to get my coat in the bigger size soon!

I ordered a dress from Mooyius not knowing what to really expect as far as quality goes. The dress showed up in a timely manner, the material is very high quality and the dress is well made. I ordered a size 4-6, which typically will fit but unfortunately , the dress was a little snug just under the bust. I contacted customer service, and they were most helpful. They will be sending me a size up and shipping it asap soon as possible. I will be ordering from them in the future.

My order was delivered via Fed Ex, which I appreciate as I would have to go to the post office to pick it up otherwise. I needed to do an exchange and reached out to customer service. They responded to me in a very timely manner. It took a bit of time to get things worked out for the exchange, however the support folks kept me in the loop and were very accommodating. I purchased a lovely purple gown that fit like it was made for me. I don't often purchase these types of items online, but I was very happy with the dress quality and can't wait to wear it to a major event I am going to. I will update this review with a photo when the event takes place. The materials used are very nice and I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

The dress and quality is stunning but when I received it unfortunately it did not fit. I contacted the company and they immediately responded to assist me with getting the correct size sent out in time for my daughter in law’s shower.

I purchased a dress which was delivered from the US and shipped promptly. I returned the item at my expense but had to returned to China!! I have waited 5 months and still no refund. Have shared the tracking label with Mooyius which states it is in China. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company.
