A MASSIVE GREEN FLAG 💚
When coming to the end of my tenancy agreement, I had a dispute with the landlord over the deposit, instead of trying to resolve the issue fairly, the agent proceeded to threaten me to pay the amount the landlord wanted so that the matter could be resolved quickly as he was not getting paid to resolve the issue. He threaten to put extra charges on which would go from the deposit money (I.e from my pocket ). Worst experience of renting so far!
I honestly don’t have enough words to describe the outstanding service we received from Ash and the team at Moovahome, they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and her friends had the perfect student house. They kept us up-to date every step of the way, and dealt with all queries quickly. The house is absolutely stunning and I know they will look after them while they are tenants. I have never known service like it and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a property. Thank you once again Moovahome
Emails being replayed late or even missed and constantly have to chase it up. Was promised a refurbishment before moving in but after I moved in, they just keep postponing and different agents giving completely different reasons why it is not getting done. Obviously this just proves that there was no planned refurbishment in the first place otherwise they would all give the same reason. The flat that I moved in months ago was used by drug addicts because I found empty bags with remains of the drugs. Of course I was told that a lovely couple lived there before.
I am so glad that I finally moved out. I'm getting chills thinking that I could've get infected sleeping in the same bed where those drug addicts slept.
Don't trust their word, they will say anything for your signature on the contract. Greedy letting agents!!!
