The program is subpar and works but…CS SUCKS!

The program is subpar and works but cannot be used for professional creative videos, I used it to make some commical shorts in which I did not care about quality. There is hardly any control of what is created and since their AI does such a unreal crappy job understanding specific directions, they make you PAY bigtime for redo, which will drain your account quickly and you will end up with an idiotic stupid looking video that makes hardly any sense to your true purpose and intentions.

Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. I have used the program several times over the past few months and kept losing unreal unaccountable amounts of money and credits on a very idiotic and unfair credit token system. I have written to customer service at least 10 times to no avail, they have never ever responded once- this program is on the edge of being a total scam and I suggest be very careful using any important payment info- I used a throw away gift card to pay for service because they CANNOT be trusted.
