This is a scam!!!!

This is a scam!!!!! Please be aware. I applied for a handicap placard - sent payment and never received the letter for my local DMV. I have requested a refund via text message, email and phone messages - several times. No one has ever responded. This company should be investigated - this is just not right for anyone to be treated like this and especially not senior citizens with health issues. AVOID at all costs!!!!

Poor follow up

Poor follow up. No response to phone calls, website doesn't always work, apparently approved Jan 4, 2024 but never received any emails or response to phone message. Prices went from $29 to $39. Today the cannabis store said I was approved but I never received any order. Previous order last year had to be emailed to me since they neglected to do so. I responded to my c.c. company that the service was charged but never received so I went with another company (Dr. Weedy) who had everything done and finished in less than 10 min. for $29. Severe neuropathy in feet and joint pain is something only the CBN seems to help with at night especially. I'm DONE with Divan due to poor customer service!

Horrible doctor completely negative

Horrible doctor in New York ON A 5 minute call he could only give 2 after being 44 minutes late no mention or apologies or thank you- just demeaning comments unrelated to needs archaic attitude and stigmas against what he’s being hired for-has no understanding of medical cannabis for pain and NO manners-I paid how much to be insulted, hung up on with no final answer or even goodbye-but then he sent it approved by email within minutes?! Bad day or not if you do not understand PTSD, panic anxiety from relentless pain-you should NOT TAKE MY MONEY OR INSULT SOMEONE WHO HAS A HIGH REGARD FOR WHAT CANNABIS HAS SAVED THEM FROM-you sir are the problem with healthcare-get a different profession but FIRST this company needs to find out just how patients are spoken to-NEVER will GET MY MONEY OR a RECOMMEND TO ANYONE and so far I’ve told probably 70 people about this..I advocate for patients and this ‘Dr’ was by FAR the WORST IVE COME ACROSS
WHY EVEN BE CALLING CANNABIS PATIENTS if you don’t believe in it-WE NEED REAL PEOPLE in these times SERIOUSLY

FALSE ADVERTISING

First, they advertise online as MMJ Recs, but charged my card as Divan Medical.

I was quoted a wrong price by a provider. When I called Divan, I agreed to pay the increased price given. Once I completed the call with the doctor, I was told that I now owed an additional $124 to complete the service I already paid $75 ($25 more than originally quoted). I refused to pay and asked to send email documentation of the situation to the supervisor. I received a response that day that they would refund the $25 and still complete the service.
Several days go by and I received no further communication regarding how to proceed nor am I issued the refund I was promised. I reach out again and now, they tell me they are going back on the written agreement to perform the service and refund the $25. Eventually, we agree to part ways and they would refund the full $75. Two weeks later and no refund has been issued and they are no longer responding to my emails. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Took too long for the hard copy

The first year I used this service was satisfactory. The hard copy showed up in a timely manner in the mail. The second year I used it was when problems started. It took over 2 months for the hard copy to show up. I had to keep emailing him, asking what happened. So I decided not to renew with this service.

Scam?!

I submitted an application setup and scheduled a time and never got a call from the doctor. I sent an email explaining this and still have not heard back. The message after completing the application said no money will be taken until you have had your appointment. They took the money from my account the same day as the application. If I do not receive a call or email my next step is disputing with my bank. What a rip off for someone that actually has health issues.

After reading reviews on this site I…

After reading reviews on this site I was willing to try it out. However, it was a complete let down. I have recently struggled with anxiety & stress and am trying to deal with these issues. It took 6 days for a call to be set up with a doctor, and my doctor didn't even reach out the day they were supposed to. My day to day anxiety and stress are enough, let alone be waiting for phone calls all day, as i'm trying to ask for help. I think this site may be a scam, beware if you're struggling. I'm hoping that they will refund my money I paid them, as I didn't receive any services and would like to get in to see a real doctor. Very upset with my experience. Update with this experience, the doctor called me when i was in a meeting 20 minutes after the set time, I called her back and the receptionist refused to put her on the phone or even tell her I called. I sent multiple emails into Divan Medical requesting assistance and never heard back. It took multiple phone calls to get my money back. Buyers beware.
