Dont buy anything from this company. Too expensive and not clear on what youre getting in the box. The box even came without a manual showing that someone opened it and removed some items so they can sell them separately.
I recently had an experience with Moosebaby that fell short of my expectations. Despite initial assurances, the service received did not match the company's descriptions. When I enquired about fixing the error I was met with unacceptable communication from the company.
While I understand mistakes can happen, the response to my concerns was unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have lost confidence in the company's ability to deliver on their promises and have decided to take my business elsewhere.
