Credit Card Transaction did not go through. I got the money back.

They sent me an invalid voucher code and refused to refund me. Absolute scam.

I bought an Azteco voucher, but they didnt send me the correct codes and when I tried to use it, it just kept saying code invalid. I emailed them but they were really rude and won't give me my money back. Avoid this company as they are not helpful when things go wrong. I feel scammed tbh.

I´ve paid for an azteco bitcoin voucher, on 11th feb 2026, but no code was sent to me!!
The amount was paid to moontopup according to my bank records, but in my moontopup account it keeping show "Pending paymentprovider".
What's going on????
I'm feeling that i'm being scammed...
Can't recommend their products to anyone except my enemies!!!

I bought a Google Play card for 50 euros and the code doesn't work in the country where I am currently, the Netherlands. After entering the code it shows me that it is only valid in Belgium. That's how I lost 50 euros

Good experience with them, always get codes on time, lot’s payment possibilities. Even if something wrong you get reply quite quick.

Scam, avoid this people

Cards too often rejected.
Support too often provided in DUTCH
Codes too often delayed or Mislaid.

Taken my money off Paypal,and then it says my order is blocked and they need some verification. wouldn't recommend buying from them.Rlly Bad service.

I pay , I didn't received the code and never give back the money or credit on the phone.
