Items arrived as described. Only thing is the Akoya pearls don’t come with a certificate but the quality is good to the eye and items are solid. Packaging is also good quality.

No response from Customer Service
I bought a necklace and a bracelet from this company as a gift for someone but had to return as it wasn't as impressive in real life. I have emailed the company nonstop for a return/ refund (as they state to email them on their website) and have also sent a direct message to their Instagram page with no response from either.
