Smooth as a babies, well you know.
I tend to avoid electric shavers as they never do a good job and just irritate me skin, so I took a chance on the V2 and can honestly say it’s the best shave I’ve experienced with an electric shaver.

Poor postal service
I was hoping to give a better review but it's currently impossible. I made my order on 23 April, it's now 14 May and the items still haven't turned up. It's a charging cable so I haven't been able to use the razor for the last three weeks
My original order over a year ago took nearly three weeks to arrive.
Someone needs to address the postage issues

Great customer service
Following an order for my husband in February and a few issues with the shaver over the last couple of weeks, I wrote to Customer Services and was completely blown away by their response - they were fantastic!! Ammar replied very quickly and was extremely supportive and friendly. An apology and full refund was received immediately. Although the shaver didn’t work out for my husband, I applaud the company for their customer service. In a world where consumers usually have to justify their decisions and fight to get what they believe they deserve, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this company. Well done!!

Moonshave is an awesome product
Moonshave is an awesome product, I really love it. My only gripe is that the blades fill up with hair very quickly and the brush to clean it doesn't do as good a job as you'd like. I'm thinking of using an air blower of some sorts to get the hair out faster.

If you trim with the clipper first then go over with the rotary we find the blades don't clog as much. We are working on making the brush bigger, more of a mini tooth brush, should help with cleaning going forward. Or maybe a little can of compressed air!

After we reviewed your issue we have changed our support flow to stop this from happening again for anyone else.
What happened was a 'loop' of support right?
You wanted a refund, we can't send one while the order is in transit. The order was stuck in customs and we cannot intervene. So it was this cycle of denying a refund, even though clearly the order is not going to move (still stuck to this day unfortunately).
We have taken this as an indication that if an order is stuck in customs, that is out of the customers control, therefore they are entitled to there refund if requested even if still 'in transit'. We believe this change will be for the better for all customers going forward.
Mr Farrelly, please accept my apologies that you ended up being the unintentional 'test pilot' of this change. This has happened twice since your order, both customers got fully refunded after the order was stuck for over 3 days.

Absolute rubbish. The product falls apart with in days feels cheep. You can buy the same product for half the price on wowcher . Company is on China. Literally fell apart when trying to change the head on the flex version. Poor quality . Over priced . Terrible aftersales service . Not sure how they can get past product standards . Comes from China. Took ages to be delivered . No offer of a refund . Cowboys and scammers I believe . Shocking . Don't buy stay well clear .

wooo hang on Neil, this is not correct. We refunded your entire order within 49 minutes of you contacting us to let us know about the faulty shaver you had.
Your recollection of events here does not paint a fair picture of what happened sir.
You send us an email enquiring about delivery times at 11:17AM Aug 12, 2022, we replied at 5:51 pm the same day.
You messaged again on Sep 12 2022 at 2:00PM. You laid out your issues with the product and you are entitled to your opinion that is completely fine, however, in the same email you stated "I do not want to go through all the rigmarole of sending it back etc. I want a refund for this product that is of a total inferior quality and I will be adding my reviews online"
To which our Customer Success Manager Ammar replied at 2:49PM Sep 12, 2022 "I have gone ahead and refunded you for the amount you paid for. The amount will take a few business days to reflect back into your account."
True to his word, Ammar proceeds with the refund there and then, 49 minutes after your refund request. This was requested on our system on the 12th, then PayPal told us it went through on September 20th at 8:58 AM.
We never asked for you to post this back, we never asked you for proof of the issues you claimed, we never made you jump through hoops, we just sent you the refund 49 minutes later and we took the loss and the responsibility.
So our service here I think is more than fair. What is not fair is calling us "cowboys and scammers" and painting an inaccurate version of events in a review for all to see.

Moon Shave is a fully registered UK company that operates from Suffolk UK. However, last year we were hit hard with many issues, delays, and contract disputes that ultimately meant we did not have a reliable UK warehouse. So we had to send it directly from our supplier in China. This is not an efficient way of doing business but our hands were tied.
We have spent the past 6 months pulling back and fixing our support and logistics network. We now have warehouses in France, America, Australia, and very soon England (Suffolk, again).
Our biggest regret was not telling people about the logistical failures we were having. This was a massive mistake on our end and gives off the wrong impression.
Disgraceful after service after only having the product a few weeks
Bought the flex series along with 3 spare heads. I lost the charging lead and on making contact got told can't help.

Do not purchase from this site
Do not purchase from this site. A company in China disguising as if they are based here. Returns will only be accepted at your expense but guess what? You have to return the overpriced product to China!!! Money back guarantee is deceptive as they do not tell you of caveats. Also, do a search and you will find same product online for approx £25. Save yourself the hassle as the product also doesn’t work!

We are a UK company with a UK warehouse. Early 2022 we had a logistical issue at the warehouse and had to change locations. Due to this the products were coming straight from our suppliers (we didn't have to room to hold stock at the time). I genuinely don't know why you would have been told to send the product to China? thats absurd. We should have just refunded you the order?
Our support system has changed a lot sense last year, i can very confidently say our 30 day money back guarantee is strong. No hidden messaging, we can offer 100% refunds to all customers who purchased from us if its within 30 days. Again, please send us an email so i can look further into your case Ajay.
The product that looks the same online is not quite the same. The outside is the same design but the internals are quite different. However we did understand it was still a flawed design and we are close to launching our V2 which is a completely unique, purpose build machine for Moon Shave, we took everyone's feed back and address all concerns with the new shaver.
Ajay, i deeply sorry to hear all of this, We take full responsibility for what happened. Please let us make this right for you.
