Heavy Up-selling - conned out of £83, no refund to date!
Went ahead and purchased the transit guide, but then heavy up-selling technique, bombarded with big, loud offers to purchase the 10-year product. Tiny little link that said ‘no, thanks, continue without…’ Ended up getting charged £83-odd for the 10 year product that I didn’t want. Have requested a refund three times - no replies to emails!!!
