Nearly 3 weeks ago Moonraker shipped my order by DX Express I paid Nealy £20 for a 2-3 day deliver, being in Scotland I thought it might take an extra day but as of 26th April STILL waiting !. DX dumped on a 3rd party carrier, that has NO TRACKING ! No TELEPHONES and can take 5 to 10 days to reply to an email !! If you try to ring DX Express all you get is message say the is a problem with the phone line call back another day.
Moonraker said they will chase it up, but not getting my hopes up.
I can get a parcel from China in 7days and know every turn it makes.
Guess DX Express just a cowboy outfit who don't care.
Does not help me get my parcel thou

I ordered an antenna from Moonraker but a week passed and I had an email asking how the delivery went. I received nothing. I then phoned Moonraker to let them know and they were very professional and tried to sort it out.
Royal Mail might be the problem but I cannot say for sure.
Moonraker said they would send me another with a different courier.
Today, It came. They say postage 1-2 days. Mine took 12 days.
As i said previously, the problem might be with Royal Mail, even so, it reflects on Moonraker.

Made multiple purchases from these guys. They are now my goto, Great pre sales advice and after sale customer service is also top.
As a former customer support manager, I know what real support is, and Moonraker hit the nail on the head.

My item arrived on time well packaged I've never had any problems with my purchases from moonraker

All arrived on time, I was a little worried that the radio box was allowed to rattle around in the packing box. Please put more protection inside to stop it moving around during delivery.

Ordered a Skyscan antenna yesterday afternoon and was delivered mid day today. Excellent service. Always get a prompt response with any queries I have.
