This was a purchase to replace a returned item.
The staff were very helpful, resulting in a smooth transaction.

Very nice purchase, the price was nice and it came quicky from the UK to France. The only missing thing was programming software for the radio so I emailed the sales service and was immediately given the links to download it...They really take care of their customers. By the way the radio works well too ;-)

A very nice dual band radio, The Luna is a well built radio with all the features you could want, a very clear AM section in fact the best I've heard on a multiband radio.
Easy to order on line with sensible delivery charges even if Royal Mail did it's best to keep hold of it for longer than it should, so well done Moonraker it's a winner.

Ordered form moonraker it was packed and dispatched the same day. Order arrived on the thursday, well some of it (not Moonrakers fault) the courier company had lost items of my order and the driver only had one item for me. I contacted Moonraker and spoke to the team and they couldnt of been any better. They were professional, got the ball rolling to fine my other items and keep me up to date. They were helpful and answered any other questions i had and even apologised about the missing items even though it wasnt their fault. In the end they had to send me out the items again but the way these guys handled this is a credit to them. I really cant fault them. I'll defanitly be back shopping with you again. Thanks again

Ive bought a few things from moonraker and had no problems at all. Everything is as described on their site and at a great price too. Its worth looking at their bundle offers too as there's some good savings to be had. Having a choice of delivery methods is great as in my area, some deliveries are better and quicker than others, so having that choice is good. I'd recommend moonraker any day. I'll definitely be using them again.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this power supply with a UK plug and you sent it with a European plug. Please let me know how I can trust you for my next purchase and if I should recommend you to other future buyers. Too bad!!!

Only 1 item arrived from the order - the large item. The small items are still lost in transit with DHL.
I have now paid for items that I don't have and have no idea when they will arrive.

Update: the missing items have been redispatched by Royal Mail. Hopefully get them in a couple of days.

Update: the replacement items have now been received. I would have updated this to a 4* review, except it took 4 phone calls over several days before I could get any update. Thank you to Lee who did finally properly follow up on the missing items and resolve the issue.

On collection I explained the problem I was seeking to rectify and the gentleman serving me suggested that I acquire another small (and reasonably priced) part that should prevent a recurrence of the problem. It has worked wonders. As ever always impressed by the level of knowledge at Moonraker coupled with their exceptional service.
