I can't rate it - it hasn't been delivered yet despite me paying for set day delivery A card I ordered later, to the same address has already been delivered before this one

Not even arrived. This is twice now that moonpig.au has failed to deliver a card ordered to my family in Australia. I am going to find another company.

It’s nice to buy products that you don’t find in all the usual shops. I do think the price is inflated though.
Site is difficult to navigate to a purchase. Sending a card from the UK for a German address was tricky and lacked a logical pathway. Purchasing from the USA also seemed to complicate the process, so I would not use this routinely and will look for a better platform doing a better service that is more professionally joined-up in site design.
