Gold-plating coming off after less than 3 weeks
My partner purchased, in Jul or Aug, a gold-plated rose quartz ring for me for my birthday on Sept 6th. I have been wearing it for less than 3 weeks. I take if off to shower or when moisturising, and when I sleep, yet the gold plating is already coming off. This was not a cheap plated ring - I have purchased gold-plated jewelry for less than £20 that has lasted for years, including earrings that will inevitably get my hair products on them. I have had my eyes on moon magic jewelry for some time and although it is pretty, I am incredibly disappointed and will not be able to wear it soon as it will look no good. I wouldn't purchase any more of their plated jewellery.

This labradorite ring is perfection!
This labradorite ring is perfection… from the setting to the unique and gorgeous stone. When the sun hits it the stone lights up with beautiful green/blue hues and striations. I haven’t taken it off since it arrived, and I’m enjoying the quiet strength it seems to evoke.

I loved the entire shopping experience from beginning to end. You have the opportunity to learn about the gemstones that they are selling. You offered a chance to have my chart done. All of this was such a nice touch.
But what really impressed me, was the fact that you kept me updated throughout the process. From picking the right stone in India, to shipping the assembled piece from China. I loved that! The little inserts on how to clean and take care of your pieces. The cleaning cloth and anti tarnish strip. All were nice surprises.

I have a very good feeling about each item I’ve ordered. I need energy to keep pushing through right now. Maybe it’s the dopamine of a new gift for yourself or family, but I have 2 rings and 2 necklaces. I just can’t take this onyx mother of pearl one off! So I am ready to polish after showering. (No pool) I’m just very tied to it and it makes me feel good. The raw aquamarine ring is the same. Confidence. This is a good company making quality jewelry, no surprises.

Unfortunately I did not received a pendant I ordered as a gift for someone . This was my first time ordering from Moon Magic and I had a list of other items that I decided I would order after this one . The delivery was not left in a secure location and I advised Moon Magic straight away after returning home , trying to locate the parcel and quickly buying an alternative for the gift at a store local to me
Moon Magic have refused to refund myself , stating the parcel shows as ‘delivered’ despite it being left on a main road in full view of cars and pedestrians. I will now never order another item from this company due to the poor customer service and leaving a customer out of pocket without an item .

I love the quality of your jewelry
I love the quality of your jewelry. Even when I didn't think it was THAT spectacular, they end up being my favorite go-to pieces! I especially love the Flow rings. They are absolutely beautiful. There is one thing I would like to suggest. When you combine 2 or 3 rings together, there should be an option to size each ring. I may want the ring with the stone in one finger and the other rings on another finger. All fingers are not all one size. If I purchase a combo set and can just select one size, I am forced to wear the other rings in the same finger. But I love them all! Keep up the great work!
