I bought a spray gun from a YouTube ad at €56 Euro. I now know after reading these reviews that I was scammed horribly! I’m from Ireland. So angry with myself!

My daughter order 3 items in September and we are still waiting for them to arrive. We have been billed.
I have sent 3 emails and have not received a response.
So far, it has taken 3 months and still no sign of the items but we were charged in September. I definitely would not order anything again.

Billed me and increased the price, charging me more without my authorization

I placed an order back on Oct 29 while they were having a half off promotion on their website. The shipping was supposed to be 2-5 days. 3 weeks later they still hadn’t shipped my order, and I never received any notifications from them about the delay. I received an email saying that they had incorrectly billed me and increased the price, charging me more without my authorization. See attached photos.

When I contacted them to state that the order was a gift that I needed in a few days, they acted like their lack of communication and price change were justified, because of Covid. This has been a challenging year for everyone, and I get that delays and other mishaps have happened as a direct result of Covid. Changing the price and charging my credit card without authorization is not excused by Covid. Delays can be excused, but a simple apology and notification could still be issued.

After several back and forth emails. They said they wouldn’t have stock until December and gave me a refund. I asked for a discount code, so I could reorder when it came back in stock (which I probably shouldn’t have considered after the frustrations with the initial order). Despite having placed the original order with a 1/2 off coupon, they were only willing to offer a 20% discount on the replacement?! Now, not only will I have a disappointed kid on their birthday, I have to go through the hassle of returning all the accessories I had purchased for the gift. I’m really disappointed with the quality of customer service they provided, and they’re still showing 2-5 day shipping on their website for items they don’t have in stock. I’m hoping my post will save other parents from having the same experience as myself.

I wish I could give it zero stars!!

I wish I could give it zero stars! I ordered something which took about a month to arrive. Then come to find out they mailed me the WRONG item! I reached out for a refund and was told to mail the item back and pay for shipping...to CHINA?! The shipped will cost more than what I paid for the item. Stay away from this website!!

Frauds

These "people" are frauds. There IS a part of their FAQ section where they admit to being dropshippers from China (Asia, actually). But, they do this in a disclaimer fashion, because they promote a facade that they are a family-owned business in California. No, their California address is a PO Box. They claim to send directly from Asia in order to save customers on shipping. With what they charge for these extremely cheap clothing items, they aren't saving anyone anything.... just to increase their profit margin. All they are is a website... a website that funnels business outside of the U.S. to serve themselves. If people were okay with this, MB wouldn't feel the need to put up the facade. I got the items I ordered, and for what I paid, I could have found cuter (and cheaper) items at a retail store. At the time of my order a couple of months ago, the Better Business Bureau said they have been active for one year and already have received eight complaints through the BBB, none of which they responded to. I also contacted the federal trade commission hoping to put a stop to them and others like them.

They are drop shipping cheap clothes directly from China

NOT A REAL CALIFORNIA BASED COMPANY. They are drop shipping cheap products from China. Don't buy. Totally misrepresenting who they are. Nothing "unique" about them. I doubt they are even a husband and wife team. The registrar for their domain moonlightbundles.com is hidden which is typical when people are trying to hide who they are. Legit companies have their domains registered under their company or legal reps. Total rip off scam AND THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS.

Definitely recommend Moonlight Bundles

I paid about $7 per pair of compression socks from Moonlight Bundles.
These socks are similar to products selling for about $30 from other online sellers.
Plus Moonlight Bundles offered free shipping (on a $20.97 order).
The product seems well made.
The price is excellent.
I have placed 2 orders with this company.
Shipping took about 4 weeks for each of my orders,
longer that what most of us are used to for online shopping,
but I guess it's because you are skipping the intermediate warehousing
and middle-men buying direct from China.

After placing my first order I was worried because it was taking
so long and the online tracking they provide was not updating.
I messaged Moonlight Bundles on their Facebook page and
received a polite and accurate reply.

Once again

Once again, I was fooled by a company that has cute LOOKING things online, but are of not-so-great quality. Not only that, they were NOT inexpensive. These come from China and take a long time. I'm not happy with the clothes for my grandson. The sweatpants have no lining at all. I recommend not buying from this company.

So bad - don’t be fooled

So bad - as with everyone else was lured in by great ads and the product is just bad and late. One of the sweat shirts I got smelled of fish - it was awful. Got as a present for my niece - and just chucked in the bin. Please don’t be fooled. Bad bad bad.

I purchased three cute onesies for my grandson after following a link from the company‘s Facebook page to their website. My daughter just received the three items today, five weeks after they were ordered. They were clearly made in China, were of inferior quality, and the only thing in English was a tag that said “dry clean only “. I would have given them zero stars if I could have. This is not a cute boutique in California. It is a total rip off.

Poorly made

Like others, I wished I'd looked up reviews before ordering from Moonlight Bundles. The rainbow striped jacket that I purchased was poorly made. Flimsy fabric, holes in places, and large stitches. After washing it, the zipper is unusable: teeth fell of and/or melted. Alright, social media ads: fool me once, shame on you. I won't be fooled twice. I will not purchase from this company again.

Horrible

Horrible! I can’t believe I ordered from this website before reading reviews. Usually I check everything ne before trying but that day I just wanted to place a quick order of new things for my toddler. The quality of things is horrible. No tags, everything comes from China in different packages. Half of items was in a wrong color, one time was wrong size instead of 2 y.o. I received size 7 !!!! Don’t order. I will try to ask my credit carm company to return money as this business doesn’t give you money back and you have to pay for your returns. Stay away, don’t waste your money. I can’t believe I spent there almost $300 :(((

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM!

Oh guys, this is such a scam! I too was lured in by their cute Facebook posts, the clothes look amazing and when you go to the site online, the prices seem almost too good to be true . That should of been my first warning sign......it took 4 weeks to get ONE item, and then each item was sent separately, I placed an order the first week of August, 5 items total. I received the last item in October - seriously! Everything is shipped from China, the clothes smell of chemicals and do not have a clothing tag, it's all very generic. PLEASE do not purchase from them. And spread the word! They have a ''sister'' store on Facebook as well. It's called ''Darling Little One''. BUYER BEWARE
