SCAM ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED. NO CONTACT OR ANSWERS

SCAM ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED.

I ordered 2 items with this company over a month ago and was really excited to receive them. However it has been over a month and I have had nothing arrive, no explanation or update on where the items are, and every attempt to contact (multiple emails) has been ignored. The website says the item will be shipped 5-6 days after ordering at the latest..... yet, nothing.

I really regret not looking at reviews before ordering as it seems most people have had the same experience. I will be having to take legal action through my bank, and they are ready to proceed but this is such a joke and a shame. I really urge nobody to order from this company - awareness really needs to be raised. I'd give 0 stars if i could.

Order is not delivered

I still have not received a track and trace code confirming that the trousers have been shipped.

I placed an order on February 27th. The email stated that shipping would take 4 to 6 working days. Now, 23 working days have already passed.

It irritates me that I have to constantly chase this up myself.

In the meantime, I am receiving an awful lot of spam emails from you with advertising. However, my order has not been delivered.

They are terrible!!!!

They are terrible!!!!! You order a product and they never get back to you!!!! It has been 3 months and I still haven't received my sweatshirt. Horrible customer care. Will never buy from them again.

Placed an order that never received

They basically stole my money. Placed an order months ago and still waiting for it. Sent them an email which they replied saying they would deal with this, but nothing changed. Sent them a few more emails since then without an answer.

Moondaybrand it's a scam.

I placed an order and paid for it 21 days ago. A few days later I wrote to them to see about my order status. They replied that they were soon going to let me know once the order was sent. later I sent two more messages, but I've got no answers at all. I'm so angry at companies like Moondaybrand that go robbing people and they get away with it.

no updates, no delivery

I placed an order and only received the confirmation email, without any updates. Their customer service is simply terrible, they don't respond or resolve issues. They said I would receive the order on Wednesday, but nothing happened. I will definitely not be buying from them again. I will certainly seek legal recourse for this.

Unfortunately not as good anymore

Unfortunately not as good anymore as it was.
I first ordered like a year ago some clothes. I was super happy, fast delivery nice quality and even some stickers as a gift.
So on July 7th I ordered a bikini and a skirt.
I got a confirmation for my order immediatly. But no shipping info. I contacted moondaybrand and they replied fast, but with no usefull answer on when my package will arrive. Then on 24th of july they shipped my package and it arrived today. I waited one whole month instead of 4-6days of shipping!
I was dissapointed with the quality, not as is used to be. Even the zipper from the skirt is brocken as it arrived. Not what I would expect from a 60€ skirt.
Very dissapointing.
I won‘t order here again.

Waiting for my order

As many have already told in this reviews it's been more than a month since I did my order (june 30th). Obviously they took the money, send a confirmation email and nothing else. I write an email asking for an update. They told me that at the end of the week my package will be delivered, that was july 18th. I'm still waiting for my package or at least an update.
I guess if I continue to have no response I will search a legal way to resolve this.

Be aware, it's a scam - you won't receive your order

I ordered a sweater on July 1st and still haven’t received anything. No response to multiple emails. The tracking number I got says UPS hasn’t received the package.

Poor communication, no delivery, no refund, feels like a scam. Would not recommend ordering from this brand.

3 weeks and no tracking number …!

I’ve ordered a Sweatshirt after an ad seen on Instagram. Unfortunately I didn’t thought of looking for reviews before ordering. I’ve placed my purchase on May 19th and since then I never received any tracking number. I’ve contacted the brand on Instagram and by email. They confirmed they will look with the transporter and make sure to share with me the tracking number. Since then never heard again from them.
Nowadays, we order from all around the world and tracking a package is super easy. I think this company isn't serious, there is no issue with delivery they just never send the item and keep the money. I’ve just emailed them to ask for a refund. Let see…

Order didn't arrive

Ordered a hoodie on the 2nd May had a confirmation email and then not heard anything since. There's no way to track your order and after searching for contact info I sent two emails chasing up my order and had no response. Would not use!

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. As with many of the reviews here, I bought 3 sweaters and asked to send back 2. The delivery of the order also went completely wrong stating that the sweaters had been delivered when they had not and I had to track this down for days.

I requested a refund (ridiculous) on the 19th April. They everntually said yes to the request. I sent back the sweaters on the 25th April and they were received by the company on the 29th April. Today is the 16th May and I have still not receieved my refund.

I have emailed the company multiple times with evidence of the received delivery.

This is such a scam. They have about 140 euros of mine which they are not refunding, it is day light robbery.
Please do not buy from this company, they need to be reported and shut down.

In response to the company's response below which I cannot seem to respond to, my order was received by you 17 days ago, which exceeds the 14 day returns policy, and NO I have not received a refund.

I have also NOT received an email from in response to 5 emails asking for my refund and you have completely ignored me until you saw my comment on here.

How do you have the time to find a review about your company and respond. Yet don't have the time to respond to an email directly sent to your company inbox?

Your business is shameful and needs to be inspected. You withhold people's money from them and completely ignore them when they try to contact you.

Consumer Service is super slow

Consumer Service is super slow, it takes up to weeks to receive an answer. Also it took 4 weeks to ship the order. Now I want to return, this needs to be requested as well and - guess what? I think it will takes weeks again until I can return the order and be refunded.

No-show order and no response

I placed an order on the 25th of April, getting a confirmation email of the order and that the order will be shipped after 4-6 workdays… now we are in mid-May, I have reached out to them on their website and on their customer serive e-mail “team at moondaybrand.com” and haven’t heard anything back. I’m starting to think this is a scam and I will try to escalate this further with the Spanish authorities jf I don’t hear back.

ordered a bikini on the 28th of March…

ordered a bikini on the 28th of March and they took my money and recieved confirmation of the order and have not heard anything since - they haven't replied to any emails or answered phone calls. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication and believe it to be scam.

Order not received

I placed an order on March 18th. I still haven't received it. They send me daily messages asking me to review the products, but I haven't received any. I've tried contacting the company several times, but they don't answer or respond.
