I received a mooncup as a gift 5 months ago, but recently I realised it wasn't keeping hot drinks hot for very long.
After contacting the company, they have sent a replacement mug within a few days.

Can’t recommend this brand enough. Since my first purchase, I haven't looked back. I’ve bought bottles for the whole family (partner and daughter included) plus their food containers and 360 mugs. Everything is top quality and performs exactly as described. 10/10

I already had one 1 litre moon bottle for Christmas and liked it so much I bought another 2, another one for myself and one for my husband. They are easy to carry around, keep drinks nice and cold and are easy to clean. I’ve been through loads of plastic bottles and wanted one that was longer lasting. I refuse to buy a Stanley cup at those prices and found Moon online. I recently had trouble with the lid on my new bottle and reached out to customer service, not really expecting much. They replied within 24 hours (I’d emailed on a Sunday), apologised, reminded me of the lifetime guarantee and promptly sent out a replacement lid. No quibbles, no mucking about, just replaced. They clearly value their customers and want them to be happy and satisfied with their product. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

We ordered the Personalised 1L Drink bottles as Christmas Gifts for our staff.
What a fantastic gift, the service, the quality, the presentation was fantastic. The water stays cold, the cleaning is made so easy with the cleaning wand. Our staff were so happy with the gifts.

Absolutely love my Moon bottle! There are some Lovely colours to choose from, it’s very good quality and the customer service is excellent. A couple of times my lid has broken and it’s been replaced immediately. Very happy with this company and will definitely be ordering more products soon :)

Moon Bottles has fabulous customer service. I had to do an order and a return over the Christmas period, which for most organisations is notoriously awful, but Gavin on the customer service team did a great job. He was even polite when I misread the email he sent! 10/10. He even sent follow up email to let me know the refund had been issued before the automated one.

You can tell when you hold one of these in your hand they are clearly well made quality items, but what makes Moon stand out is the efficient and no questions asked customer support. There was an issue with the order and it was resolved within a couple of hours.

I would highly recommend this company.

I bought the 500ml straw bottle, which I love the size and style - it's perfect for popping into my work bag, and it doesn't leak! Unfortunately I did have a couple of issues with it, but Gavin quickly resolved my problem on both occasions, he was polite, kind and understanding - there was no fuss whatsoever when a couple of things needed replacing.

We bought the Moon travel coffee cups – the classic 360° 300ml version – and couldn’t be happier. Ordering was easy, even though we live in Australia and are currently in the UK, and delivery was seamless. We had them personalised and were amazed at the turnaround: just two days, even at Christmas, with tracking provided.
When they arrived, we were really impressed. They look sleek, feel well made, and I love the slightly tapered base – it fits perfectly in my hand, which isn’t very big. We bought one each for my husband, our daughter, and me, and they’re all stylish, easy to clean, and clearly good quality. We’re really looking forward to using them a lot. Highly recommended.

I got one of their recycled stainless steel bottles and I love it! It keeps my hot drinks hot for hours, even after being out in the cold. I emailed before ordering to see if I could get my own design engraved on it, Gavin personally took care of my order and the design looks amazing! The bottle was packed safely and sent quickly. Very happy.

Great company, I have the water bottles and hot drink mugs. Have also bought both as gifts. Engraving makes it more personal as a lovely gift. Gavin was great with recommendations and helping choose which item would be best. Will defo be ordering more

Recently received my second moon bottle 450ml travel mug. My trust previous one I mistakenly left behind. I used this mug every single day and it is brilliant. The second mug arrived but has developed a leak within the first couple of weeks. On contacting customer service via email, I received an immediate response, with an action of a replacement lid on its way to me. Can’t fault the product, can’t fault the customer service. Just brilliant .

Fantastic products and exceptional customer service. Browsing in the evening, I ordered two cups for Xmas presents and only later remembered my own 250ml water bottle which I've had for several years could use a new lid as it was dented and didn't screw on straight any more. I dropped an additional email to ask if I could add to the order and even at 10.30pm, Gavin came straight back to confirm this. My delivery arrived today and I am extremely pleased. Lovely new mugs, I got the black and blue, both really nicely finished. Thanks so much, great people to deal with and brilliant gifts.
