MOON PAY A UNETHICAL COMPANY

On August 1st 2025 I purchased Bitcoin valued at $500 on an inside of my wallet which is one of the top wallets out there. I purchase $500 in Bitcoin through Moon pay.
Moon pay took my $500 out of my bank account but never gave me the Bitcoin that I had purchased. They then wrote me a letter stating that they were terminating any in all communication with me because I violated their terms and conditions. I did not violate anything. I contacted them to let them know that they had taken $500 out of my bank account as I have purchased Bitcoin and I never received the Bitcoin and I would like my money back. They have now put me in a category where I can talk to customer service because they said that I violated their terms and conditions so they have deleted my ability to have any communication with the company. I am warning people that this company is highly unethical. And you are at your own risk using them because they will probably do to you what they have done to me, they have an ethically deleted me from their system.
