Zero stars. Took my money and never sent the product. Tracking number said a label was printed and nothing further. Customer service does not exist.

A complete scam. I ordered a product from this website, paying $70 for it. I waited a month for it to be delivered, and in the end, I received a completely different product. I received absolutely nothing from what I ordered, and they sent me some item worth a maximum of $10-15. I sent several emails to their address and never heard back.

If I could leave no stars, that would be my review. I placed an order in August and have been reaching out every month since because it has still not been delivered. Every time the response is that this will be looked into and they will reach out with information from the courier. This website is an absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered a 6 ft Christmas tree with 6 ribbons , 60 decorations and 200 lights. What I got was a 1 ft tree with 20 lights no plug in and a solar receptacle that doesn't work in a cloudy climate. I'm sorry I didn't check the reviews first. It was a complete bust !!

Order a 6feet pop up Xmas tree, received a 12" stick with tinsel on it. Contact them and they said that's what I order. Don't buy from this business, you will be defrauded of your money. ARSEH*LES

This Company is nothing but a scam.I ordered 2 orders of the magnetic blocks. Buy 2 get one free. took my money and i never received my order. After 3weeks of waiting I emailed them inquiring about my order and requesting my money back. I received and email back stating they would look into it. Since then I've sent two more emails requesting a refund and they have been ignoring me.. nothing but a rip off, and now the main gift my child wanted for Christmas is not gonna happen and I have a sad child

got a personalized moon phase art for mothers day on may 4th 2025 and today writing this review is dec.23rd 2025 and sent multiple emails for updates on product and refund and still nothing! terrible f#ck these people

Wish i had come here and read reviews. Ordered a 5ft pop up christmas tree over 3weeks ago after seeing an ad on snapchat. Was randomly sent a 1ft outdoor solar light christmas tree. Emailed them and they said that is correct. I showed them photos of the item i ordered and they still said thats what i had been sent out-i said well that aint what i got.

Update on my previous review. It has now been 6 Months since I ordered from Moon LOVE. No package has been received and ML keeps telling me it's on its way. Tracking stopped after 30 days. They refuse to do a refund. I will give it to them they answer ever email I send(which is on every 10 days).

Totally ripped off, ordered 3off 7ft pop up trees off an advert on Snapchat, received 2off 15inch solar trees! Emailed twice with pictures of order confirm showing pictures of what I should have had & pictures of trees received & they insist this is what I ordered! Won’t refund. Do not order from this company!

I wish the company was honest and helpful instead of ripping people off I ordered a 6ft indoor Christmas tree that plugged in I received a 1ft garden solar powered tree that goes outside I am totally disgusted how they can do this to people what a scam 🤬

I got scammed by the mofos of moon-love. I ordered the carry-on backpack in august and got nothing. They always answer with standard mails. Right on thieves

Zeros stars. Full on scam. Have been trying to get my money back for 94 days now. They create a fake tracking number that doesn’t ever move in shipment. They will blame it on the courier but even reaching out to them it is a scam. Their actual site you cannot add real reviews so the full site is a scam.

Item never received.
Fake tracking numbers.
Classic scam.

Big Scam....do not buy!!!

I ordered a backpack on July 30. I received a track and trace order that it would be shipped in a month time. When the date arrived from the track and trace, the expected arrival date continued to be in the past.

Despite 8 (!!!) e-mails with the helpdesk, there was 0 action from their side. They kept saying "just wait and it will come".

This company is NOT FOR REAL. They are scamming you, keeping your money, and never send anything.

DO NOT GET CONNED!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

The whole shop is a scam. I should have detected this when the pricing was too good to be true. I'm a firm believer that karma will get back at these people and their families. The worst thing you could do in your life is to feed your families with stolen money. Sickness and death will come unexpectedly and ugly because of what you do.
