Extemely helpful customer sevice, great experience!

John was so awesome and helpful! He patiently waited for almost an hour on the online chat feature while my boyfriend & I tried to upload a video showing our problem (we're not the most tech savvy people & we experienced quite a few problems along the way trying to navigate Google drive and our WiFi wasn't cooperating :) haha). He even sent screenshots and instructions helping us figure out how to share our movie with him so he'd be able to view it. Above & beyond service, can't stress that enough. Thank you, John! You made our experience very pleasurable considering the trouble on our end :)

Quick Response and Fast Solution

Quick and professional response from Alex. Alex walked me through some steps and it was determined, after I sent a quick video that a replacement was appropriate, with no hassle.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service. Have used large room Mooka (x2) for six months, during which they have run almost continually. First with smoky skies from forest fires, and later with shedding dogs. They have been really helpful. Dealt with great customer service agent today working through replacement filters. Well done!

LOVE MY MOOKAS

I love my Mooka so much that this is actually my second Mooka purchase. I have a lot of allergies and have to take meds almost every day. After the purchase of my first Mooka I noticed an immediate difference and didn't have to take meds for a full six days! Bought another one for the bedroom and love it. It is lightweight and can easily be moved. It is quiet and you notice the difference in the air. Since I have gotten my Mookas I notice that my breathing is even better and I don't have breathing issues. Highly recommend a Mooka or two for your home!

Replacement On The Way

Speaking with Rey he wasn’t able to troubleshoot my issue with my brand new BL-69 but he quickly realized that I would need a replacement and processed that for me. I should be receiving a replacement within two weeks.
