Customer Service was so great and fast.

I've had a problem with verification and its been 15 days to almost giving up. im so glad Yiing got me fast and saved me a lot of time. thank god its actual direct person I came across to help me else i would give this up. 200/10 for Yiing and thumbs up to this help option!

1-2-3 days passed and not a single reply from "the team"

Kept getting the "incorrect details" order status for my orders which was rather annoying.
Contacted their Live Chat and Erin helped me to resolve the issue promptly.

Got scammed by moogold on the last transaction I have with them. Money was returned to wallet for some error on moogold side. The refunded amount was immediately used to purchase steam product code and was used up.
IMO, the timing was too fast to be a hacker and should be an insider job.

Other red flags:
- At times slow on sending the packages. Can wait up to 1-2 days.
- Error transaction over at moogold side.
- Long queuing time at the customer service chat.
- Not useful customer service.

Liz and Ela helped me so much honestly,when I was struggling with verifying my phone part. They're a life saver honestly.Though it's frustrating the chat ends in like 1-2 minutes,It's like I have to send my inquiries again

Well my order of 16 diamonds in mlbb was delivered incorrectly. Where I only received 10 diamonds instead of 16. After I complained in support, staff named Caren said that they just delivered full amount of diamonds but it wasn't. Then I contacted again and alvin named staff told me to wait and check email so for 3 days so far I hadn't received an update or delivery or any refund but today ELA named staff member informed and refunded half amount in my wallet so she earns good points for a smooth service :3

I bought a 1$ binance gift card it deleivered somoothly, then i bought 150$ and it has been 48 hours since they said they are restocking!!

Even if i request a refund i will not get full refund it will be minus processing fee which is 7$ s!

Warning to Singapore users: My account was breached on Jan 15 immediately after a $338.03 PayNow refund hit my wallet. Despite reporting this in real-time to Agents Yiing and Alvin, MooGold failed to freeze the fraudulent orders (#35499570, #35499589, #35499630). I have officially filed a Singapore Police Report and started a PayNow Fund Recall. I demand a full refund for this massive security failure.
