Amazing customer service and amazingly fast delivery. Also, loads of testers added to parcel. I have never experienced such a pleasant customer service. I have been visiting Rome and they helped me to get some Japanese skin care delivered to my hotel. It arrived next day.

Amazing!!
This was my first time ordering there.Got my Package today. It came super fast and everything was properly packed and secured. The costumer service were super nice and polite. They actually reached out to me that I didn´t use a promo code and so they send me a coupon. They also packed a little gift with samples inside. Super Cute! Super nice! I am pleasently suprised and had an amazing experiece! Will buy again. 10/10 would recomend!

Really nicely packaged with samples
Really nicely packaged with samples and biodegradable packing peanuts. My only problem was that they use a delivery service with an outdated website that my computer wouldn't let me access because the security software posed a risk. That meant when I received a notice that my package was being delayed another 24-28hrs (but still didn't arrive after 48 hours), I couldn't check the tracking. I was not happy. Not really the company's fault, but they should switch delivery companies.

Innanzitutto la ringraziamo per i suoi acquisti, ci dispiace che abbia avuto un leggero ritardo sulla consegna. Purtroppo in questi giorni lo spedizioniere sta intervenendo a livello informatico sulla propria piattaforma, a cui si è aggiunta la chiusura temporanea dell'HUB di smistamento di Milano; pertanto transitando tutte le spedizioni su Bologna, il carico delle lavorazioni sta causando questo tipo di disagio. Il suo pacco è stato spedito l'11, avrebbe dovuto essere consegnato entro venerdì 13 in 48 ore, poi essendoci stato di mezzo il fine settimana, la consegna è slittata a lunedì 16. Non ho potuto fare la segnalazione al corriere che in base al territorio e ai carichi di lavoro o ad altre problematiche impreviste, può consegnare entro le 72 ore (come indicato sul nostro sito). Mi dispiace che sia capitata su Moodyskin in un periodo particolare, solitamente il nostro spedizioniere consegna nelle tempistiche. Sono sempre a disposizione per tutte le clienti per qualsiasi problematica, rispondo sia telefonicamente, che tramite WhatsApp o via e-mail. Mi dispiace e mi scuso per il disagio e il disorientamento che a provato durante la spedizione, qualora volesse concederci nuova fiducia, sarà mia premura seguire la sua spedizione e non esiti a contattarmi per qualsiasi difficoltà.
