A lovely location not matched by their customer service.

This hotel has superb views over Monument Valley. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are not very welcoming, indifferent, overall customer service moderate to poor. The dinner menu lacks healthy options, it’s biased towards fatty, oily artery blocking things. Breakfast is basic. If you want healthy foods and expect a welcoming atmosphere look elsewhere. By contrast the Gouldings Lodge/Trading post are happy to see you, helpful and have a good menu. My recommendation is to make them first choice for a stopover in this beautiful spot.
