This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I have lost $20,000 Australian dollars in a few months. The two alleged brokers cannot be contacted especially when you want to sell your shares. They are currently being investigated for fraudulent conduct. The company address and contact details are false. They are not registered with any legitimite organisations. When you want to sell your shares they play delay tactics and refer to contractual obligations which were never discussed. My cousin is a stockbroker and confirms they are scammers. Please do NOT invest with these fraudsters!

Please understand that this is not a regular occurrence. We do recommend speaking to your account manager to setup stop losses to ensure guaranteed stops, that way you can control your losses better. In regards to other information you stated, it is without merit as we are licensed and regulated in the jurisdiction we offer services too. If your cousin is a stockbroker, then why did you pick us? Honestly the platform is good and I've made money but I cant STAND my brokers british accent! I've moved through three brokers until I found an american broker. Much easier to understand!

I am very happy as the company allows scalping and this makes it perfect for the short time trader. The commission is low only three pips which is the lowest I have seen in the market, and I have been with a few platforms.trading platform is easy and fast. i would recommend the platform and the company.

We sent you an Acquirer reference number,(ARN), which is a unique number that tags a credit card transaction when it goes from the merchants bank (the acquiring bank) through the card scheme to the cardholder's bank (the issuer). This number can be used by issuing banks to trace a transaction with an acquirer in order to find your payment. Thank you - Support
