Two orders, two fake tracking numbers, zero deliveries
Ordered an office chair for £29.99 through Tesco Marketplace. Got a Yodel tracking number that never matched my postcode. Seller told me the item was "lost" and they had no more stock. Accepted the refund, then found the same seller relisting the exact same chair at £49.99 the same day. Order was marked as "delivered" even though nothing ever arrived.
Tried again on eBay not realising it was the same company under a different name. Exact same thing happened. Same fake tracking number issue, same "lost" excuse, same "delivered" status on an order I never received.
Asked for proof of dispatch both times. Refused both times.
