I recently placed an order with Montunas; I received an email confirmation and saw that the funds left my account. 16 days later and I have not received any further communications from them, despite sending several emails chasing my order. No shipping info, no product. I am super disappointed as not only did I really want the beautiful bag I ordered, but now I will have to start a claim with my credit card company in an effort to regain the money I spent. I don’t know if this company has gone bust or is no longer operating, but the site should not be able to take orders and money if they won’t then deliver the products.
