Schöne Website, hochwertige Verpackung und Schachtel so wie einfacher bezahlvorgang. Der einzige minus Punkt war das der Versand etwas lange gedauert hat. Ansonsten bin ich sehr überzeugt und würde auf jeden Fall ein zweites Mal bei Montrel bestellen.

Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls erstklassig: freundlich, kompetent und jederzeit erreichbar. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und man merkt sofort, dass hier Kundenzufriedenheit an erster Stelle steht.
