What didn't go wrong. It started with the planning permission that the salesman assured me I didn't need but then I did. The building didn't fit - they have said I wanted it like that and threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay in full. Paid for lead roof - they tried to persuade me to have a sarnafil roof. They did the bare minimum - didn't even cover the roof when it rained. But it was their attitude more than anything. The salesman promises you the world but the HO know nothing about it and make you out to be a liar.

Quality of product excellent
Quality of product excellent, installation was good considering it was during the pandemic and the winter weather. There was a small holdup at the beginning of the project, but that was due to the pandemic.I did find I was talking to different people, which at the time was a bit confusing.
I now have a lovely garden room and get lots of good comments about it.
