I could not believe how good the response was off the customer service at Montirex they resolved my problem in a couple of emails and a photo of the problem with my pants and a new pair delivered the next day I will definitely be buying from Montirex again very happy.

Delivery did not arrive again
I gave Monterix another chance and had exactly the same issues.
Paid for next day delivery — it never arrived. Customer service is extremely slow, and I’ve had to chase repeatedly. I’m still waiting on a refund.
Nothing has improved since my last experience, despite their response on here. Very poor service and completely unreliable.
I will not be ordering again.
