The XL clothes I bought came too small that even my 11 year niece couldn't get into them. They also were extremely poor quality, bad stitching and tbh like rejects from Shein ! It made Shein look like Gucci !
They then refused to send My return label and you have to post to china, even though the company is registered under The Netherlands.
Then on disputing this they start bargaining with you, saying keep the stuff and we will give you 50% back. Completely wrong and completely against any trading standards.
It's just been a headache.

I ordered a jumper from this company and the item I received was nothing like the one advertised on their website. The colour shown online is a deep forest green, but the jumper delivered is an olive green. The zip in the product photo is silver metal, yet the one I received has a green plastic zip. It also arrived with no manufacturer label and no care labels, which immediately raised concerns about its quality.

The website states that the jumper is a cotton blend, but the item I received is clearly synthetic and feels nothing like cotton. This makes it even more obvious that the product is not as described.

The overall quality is extremely poor and feels like a cheap replica of the product shown online. I had bought it as a gift, but it’s completely unsuitable.

I tried contacting the company using the email address provided on their website to request a refund, but every message bounced back as “failed to deliver.” There appears to be no working way to reach them, which makes the whole experience feel highly questionable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Impossible to return items as you have to pay all fees and custom fees and give them detailed information so just dont bother as there are so many other companies you can buy from

Ordered a pair of shoes that took 4 weeks to be delivered and then due to wrong size had to return. Initially we had no response from the company about how to return, after another week they responded advising we had to pay for the return which had to go back to China. Another option was to accept a 25% refund and 20% voucher for another order. Quite why they think we will be using them again, terrible experience.

Avoid these absolute scam artists like the plague! The products are absolute dogsh*t quality. Leather boots have never seen leather in their life. Reek of chemicals. Visible glue seepage. Nothing like the images, clearly dropshipped from some awful sweatshop, customer services non-existent (emails returned with a "mailbox full" error which tells you A LOT).

Marginally more fun than a painful venereal diease.

Awful. I paid nearly £100 for two pairs of boots. Came over a month late, turns out they are nothing like the image. The boots look nothing like the image, no weight what so ever, no grip on the soles, plastic and cheap looking and the sizing is horrendous. By the looks of the reviews I won’t even bother asking for a refund or return, this company is not a real company, scam company all over
