Unreliable
Warning: unreliable agency, you risk ruining your vacation. We booked 4 excursions paid in advance, and only one went well. One was canceled the very morning and replaced with another of little value. Another was canceled that same morning; we tried to reschedule it, and the second time they didn't even bother to cancel it—they just didn't show up. All this despite us always making sure to contact them a few days in advance to ensure everything was in order. They immediately promised us a full refund, but it was just a way to keep us calm. We spent a lot of time chatting and calling them, partly ruining our vacation. At some point, they stopped replying to emails and chats. They are unreliable and deceive people, violating the trust that should exist between operators and customers. I advise the many others who have been scammed to contact the competent authorities (MEIC and ICT).
