Order not received

Order placed for a jacket 3 weeks ago still not received. This is a christmas present.
Original order was 'Lost in transit' a manual order was created but still not even the dispatch email received with only 6 delivery days left.

Will never order from these again

TERRIBLE SERVICE ROBBED !

Ordered, got a delivery notification. NO DELEVERY. emailed 28/11.. EMAILED AGAIN, EMAILED AGAIN no reply !!! no order, had to replace for my son for his bday in the meantime elsewhere & I'm £75 down absolutely fuming.. disgusting service... they owe me money, will be taking further.

Had a problem sourcing a specific top…

Had a problem sourcing a specific top in an xl/b. Tried everywhere but had no success. I emailed Monterrain direct and they came back to me within a couple of days, with a link where I could place an order. I went to the link, ordered what I required and have now received it. I'm thrilled.

Like the clothes but think twice before…

Like the clothes but think twice before ordering from these. My coat arrived damaged with buttons off and a hole in - sent it back the day I recieved it they a acknowledge it’s been returned but not heard nothing in a month and owe over £100 I’ve emailed them twice, messaged them on social media no response at all they clearly don’t care.

Size problem

Love the range, The kids range is shocking, you wouldn't even fit a 10 year old into the XL they're tiny!!! the cost of having to pay for mens clothing for children!!! need to revise the sizing!

OMG I have just received my order…

OMG I have just received my order (Monterrain) through footasylum...what a disappointment, I ordered xl which was the correct size, on opening the size was more a medium..material very thin so grossly overpriced, I now have the nuisance of returning my order which was over £300 because the sizing is appalling and the quality is bad...NEVER AGAIN...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEEPS

Labels just peel off after 5/6 washes

If you’re conscious about what you wear and expect to get your money worth then don’t buy these products, if you're rich and don’t have a problem replacing an item after a few washes then great, crack on.

After 2/3 washes the print starts to fade goes from nice and bright/shiny/white t dull faded and grey/brown after 5/6 the print starts to peal away so rather than a Monterrain Tshirt you end up with a Mont rain Tshirt. I’ve got every colour apart from the greens in the space dye and they’re all the same.

Can’t fault the fit and materials but the printed labels on the garment are 💩

Items not received only one and sent wrong size

Terrible company I ordered 2 items a track top and track bottoms they only sent one item and there is no phone number I chatted to Tyler online and very rude do not buy of this company this is my first order and very disappointed I'm going to have to find a way of getting my money back from this fraudulent company! I mean horrible customer services it's their fault not mine. I will return the one item sent and contact my bank to tell them and go from there. Avoid this company!

No problem with order, items or return, but sizing is a bit small

Decent quality clothes that are comfortable. Sizing a bit small compared to other brands - particularly on tops / windbreakers, which is a shame as I'm at the top end of their available sizing so some items aren't offered in a size that fits me. Pricing maybe a little high when items not in the sale.
In my most recent order, I included a couple of sizes and returned the smaller one after trying on.
Order was delivered promptly, even with the standard delivery option. Return was hassle free - it took perhaps around a week for the refund to be sent, but allowing a few days for the return delivery and perhaps another day or two for it to be approved once delivered it was fine and not long enough to cause me any worry. Refund was then received with no further action from me after posting it back.
Overall would order again - but would look through items in the sale before buying something at full price. Would be good if they were a little more generous in the sizing, or at least offered a couple more sizes up.

I only wish I could give less than one star.
The company and customer service is appalling I have never ever experienced anything like this in my life. Clothing items thrown together falling apart after one wash, lack of remorse or basic care for their customers.
I emailed one month ago a complaint along with images attached of the clothing items falling apart to the customer service team and guess what !!! no response (professional) . Today I spent over a hour on live chat to two different employees who both expressed 0 care in the world over €80 spent on clothing that can not be worn again....Look at the other reviews EVERYONE has experienced the same trouble with this LOUSY brand. BOYCOTT!!!

Can anyone help please?
I've ordered an outfit my son which has not arrived (after they put the time back all day from 1pm)
Amazon claimed to of delivered it at 8.47 in the evening (I was home)
I have sent them proof via email of the ring doorbell and they are refusing to do anything about it.

Absolutely shocking customer services

Absolutely shocking customer services, I ordered clothes from them they was too small so I returned.
They emailed me to say their courier has collected them from the parcel shop but have now gone missing.
They are refusing to refund my order as this is not their fault
