Ordered and never got my products or any true response from customer service. Had to do a charge back for my order

The products the self's are amazing. But they promise 14 day delivery. I ordered on 30.11.2024 some Christmas presents and the PROCESSED AND SENT my order after 3 emails on 19th of December.

I still haven't received any emails from them apart from the order confirmation in November and the automated notification of sending the goods on 19th of December.

Looking for high quality cutters files travel sets this is the place to order. Made to last for years. My third order and although I had to wait for a backordered scissor it was worth the wait. I’m set for years now.

The customer service here is awful! They didn't send my order in the time stated on the website. It says they dispatch most packages in 1 business day, meanwhile I purchased my items on the 9th of November and they sent them on the 3rd of December! That's nearly a months delay with NO information from them. I didn't receive any e-mail about the delay. I sent them several e-mails about this, but they didn't replay to them. I also didn't receive any apologies for the delay. I'm very disappointed and don't recommend this store.

I haven't received the items yet. FedEx is not responding regards to this issue

Fast delivery and great communication. The nail and callus files were neatly packed and the quality of the files is great. Would recommend.

The product is excellent. Much better than glass nail files you would find on Amazon.
It took a long time to receive the files, and one indecipherable email in a foreign language in the process, but the workmanship of these nail files was worth the long wait.

Has anyone been able to find any but the off the shelf junk combs even in beauty stores? Having fine hair I remembered a hard rubber super fine tooth Ace comb I had back in the 1970s.
This became a quest because that company as far as I can tell does not exist anymore. Found one sealed for which I paid a hefty sum. Enter Hercules! I was dubious at first thinking how could this comb top Ace, though it looks exactly the same. Well it did not just match the ace but beat it! How? The teeth are not sharp but have been honed to perfection, meaning every stroke "feels" good. Great product, great value. Bought five!!!

These are so superior to other glass files I've owned, it's hard to even compare them. They look just like cheaper files you can buy on Amazon, but they are so much better! The grit is very fine so the files easily smooth rough edges, but somehow these files can remove length almost as easily as more coarse files do. Highly recommend!
